“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” ~ Zig Ziglar

Well, yeaaah I can totally understand this one I truly get it. I used to wait for this perfect moment that I become flawless and perfect at a certain thing to start doing it, but guess what..that moment never came and would've never come in a million years!

Because as Zig Ziglar said, “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” And actually this makes more sense, most of the time you start with nothing just (0) and from that point, you start building up and get better and better as you go. Take babies for example, they don't wait to be 1-year old for them to decide to walk all the sudden, instead they start this particular journey from 7 to 9 month by crawling and with ZERO knowledge about Newton's laws of gravity they get better and better until they run everywhere like minions!

That's how everything starts, so you have to start loving Zeros more often from now on.

2. "People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily." ~ Zig Ziglar

Ziglar was well-known to be a funny guy with a high sense of humor, that's why some of his quotes are actually funny and inspiring at the same time and that makes it brilliant!

Maybe for this Quote, I would've found another picture to fit better the topic. But I couldn't, my intentions were very clear that I wanted the picture and not necessarily the quote, so I intended to put it anyway. Sure the quote is great, but guys I want you to aggressively contemplate the picture, memorize it and let it be always engraved in the back of your heads. This pic should let us all not just monster motivated, it should let Us embarrassed as well, people with disabilities are people like us...they just have all the challenges that we (abled) humans face in our lives at least twice harder and more challenging if not more, and they pretty much always leave us astonished by them and what they do and give us the example and the best hope. They do so in every aspect either it's (sports, jobs & careers, financials, fame and in life itself).

I don't know about each and every one of you guys, but for me, if I'm gonna be ever motivated in life and will do something with it, make a move and take actions, these amazing, strong, inspiring people will definitely be my walls breakers without leaving me any choices or excuses not to be something in life.

This pic made me recall a guy called 'Nick Vujicic', he's an amazing guy that is very popular and I guess a lot of you know it. Let's see one of his videos, just after the end of this sentence, I hope it will at least change some of your perspectives on life and yourselves.

4. “When you’re good at something, you’ll tell everyone. When you’re great at something, they’ll tell you.” – Hall of Fame running back Walter Payton

Walter was an example of his own words, he gave the world his Quote and his legacy as a Hall of fame legend that the world still remembers him till that day after all these years. Maybe perfection is overrated and is more fake than authentic for us as Humans. I have been told that the coolest things about Humans that they're mortal and not perfect because that's what gives life meaning and taste, and what makes every second count and makes it more precious.

Being great or being just good is not what matters the most, what matters the most is that you become the person that you would be proud and happy to be, and I'm sure "Sweetness" did that for himself and all of us. God bless his soul.

5. What are the two most important days of your life?

Samuel Langhorne Clemens (November 30, 1835 – April 21, 1910), known by his pen name Mark Twain, was an American writer, humorist, entrepreneur, publisher, and lecturer. He was lauded as the "greatest humorist this country has produced.

Let me tell you an easy, logical way to think about it. If you are reading this article that means you're already strong enough and have a purpose in life and most probably you're carrying a warriors bloodline in your veins because you have grand grandfathers that have survived in older cruel eras, so eventually warriors traits are installed in your DNA by default you lucky bastards. And because among Millions of sperms, the ovule turned to be yours at the end of this microscopic war and you won before you even come to this life!

So that will take us to the next point and that is (You have a purpose), all you have to do is to complete your destined fate and know what it is. And this my friend will be the second most important day of your life.

I know it might look like I'm joking, and I might be kinda joking by putting a Quote like this in such a funny image just to loosen up a little and make it simple, but at the end don't you think it makes sense?!

So why don't you complete as a warrior and don't lose your past, nor waste your future?

6. Why quitting now?!

There is an amazing book called "The Top Five Regrets of the Dying" By Bronnie Ware, that I was reading recently, PS: There is a lot that I have learned from this book, so it's recommended as a must-read book. One of the things that I have learned is to somehow change the way I look at quitting or giving up as a word or term and what they mean. As it's a true story that Bronnie Ware was the main protagonist, in different occasions she was telling stories at some points in her life that she was emotionally, physically, mentally and pretty much in every shape and form drained, exhausted and hopeless, she had no place to stay, no money, no food and she had done all that in her power at the time, that there is nothing left to do than to give up while she's falling without hope. Treas were falling silently on her cheeks while she's (surrendering) to the bigger force of the universe, I still remember the exact word (surrender) and as she did that the universe responded, and every time where she was about to hit bottom and the situation brings her closer to her deepest fears within, somehow she lands on her feet. So her leap of faith was getting stronger every time and she noticed the pattern and started to pay more attention and she learned that at some point in life you'll just have to surrender yourself and everything to a greater force, and the universe after you have nothing else left that you could have done. Just take a leap of faith and let go. A quoted paragraph from the book "My intentions were already out there and I had taken what actions I could. My only job now was to get out of the way.

I laughed gently at myself remembering I had forgotten this. It was a lesson from previous times. When I was out on the very end of a thin, flimsy bending limb, the only thing to do was surrender and see where I landed. It was time to let go again.

Surrender is not giving up, far from it. Surrender takes an enormous amount of courage. Often we are only capable of doing so when the pain of trying to control the outcome becomes too much to bear. Reaching that point is actually liberating, even if it is not fun. Being able to accept there is absolutely nothing more you can do, other than hand it over to the greater force, is the catalyst that finally opens the flow."

Michael Jordan once said:

"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career.
I've lost almost 300 games
26 times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot ... and missed.
I've failed over and over and over again in my life. That is why I succeed."
~ Michael Jordan.

If Michael Jordan didn't miss these 9000 shots in his career, haven't lost 300 games, and was not trusted to take the game-winning shot and failed 26 times maybe the world wouldn't recognize Michael Jordan as it does now. I mean this guy is like one of two sides of a Basket-Ball coin! And I'm sure that for years and years it doesn't matter if you like or understand Basket-Ball or not, but if you hear just the Word (Basket-Ball) all that pops in your head is this guy! I know that for sure there are other great basketball players like (LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Julius Erving, Wilt Chamberlain, Larry Bird......etc) but yet still Michael Jordan's fame as a phenom in this game has reached the extent that no one on earth doesn't know who the guy is.

I could go all night writing about people and things that make quitting and giving up a very bad decision to make. Do yourself a favor, don't give up and know that the best way to succeed is to fail.

You'll not regret it.

It's time for a break, let's watch this great Video.

7. When your life is on the line, you'll learn a lot about yourself.

The only Marine to be awarded 5 Navy Crosses. Served in the bloodiest battles, Guadaleanal, Chosen Reservoir, Battle of Peleliu. Born: June 26, 1898/ Died: October 11, 1971.

This guy is definitely one who made a lot of controversial circles around him while he lived and after he passed away, but one thing for sure is that he's a legend.

Puller was the most decorated Marine in history, and one of the many controversies that accompanied the man other than some researchers that are saying that this quote might not be said by him but may instead have been said by General O.P.Smith, and the way the quote was said has several versions, but me personally I guess I prefer this one. Even the reason behind his nickname is like a riddle. Some say Puller got his famous nickname because of his big, thrust-out chest; the myth was that the original had been shot away and the new chest was a steel plate. Others state that “chesty” was an old Marine expression meaning cocky. A few claimed that he developed the chest from shouting commands above the noise of battle.

"We don't need no front-line communications," men under Puller bragged, "Chesty yells commands up and down the line. You can hear him for miles."

Anyway, the controversies are not our concern here, it was just the least introduction that the man deserves. What we're concerned about now are his mindset and power, his heart never knew fear and that's why he died a long way far from the battlefield after 37 years of service. He lived in Virginia and died in 1971, at age 73. What can I learn from him, that two in a fight, the one who wins is the one with less fear and nothing to lose. Fear holds us back, and sometimes even fear doesn't make sense because how we would be afraid of something that we don't know, that might happen IN THE FUTURE!? Just giving it our thoughts and vibes will make it happen.

What I also love about the man is, his ability to be positive and cleaver to reverse any disadvantages or bad situations that are filled with weakness and fear, to look like he's the one in the stronger position even in the most disastrous catastrophic chaos moments. He can always see the bright side in any situation no matter how bad it is.

When your life is on the line, you'll know about your true self. Be forceful with Lion's Heart.

8. ♣"When you hit, hit hard. The blame is the same."♣

Umar, also spelled Omar, was one of the most powerful and influential Muslim caliphs in history. He was a senior companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He succeeded Abu Bakr as the second caliph of the Rashidun Caliphate on 23 August 634.

Umar, also spelled Omar, was one of the most powerful and influential Muslim caliphs in history. He was a senior companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He succeeded Abu Bakr as the second caliph of the Rashidun Caliphate on 23 August 634.

We might have to consider this saying in two scenarios, the first is more clear and that is if you ever felt that you're urged to hit someone for the right reasons of course, like you are defending someone who's weak enough to defend himself, you or someone else is being bullied or for the sake of your or someone else safety, as you are put in a situation like that, going by this quote is definitely very wise and the right decision to take, because what you wanna do is to take control of the situation and end it there while making sure that you have made your point clear enough so that you won't have to be obliged to go through such situation one more time, and you will be respected for that, especially that you're standing for a noble cause, and if you're going to be blamed, Hitting hard wouldn't make the blame any different.

The Second scenario is actually very user-friendly! You can literally replace the word (Hit) in this phrase and change it with any other word that you wish, and according to what is the word. You might find that there will be no need for blame. For example, "if you're going to love, love hard", "if you're going to succeed, succeed hard", "if you're going to fail, fail hard!", ".......Bang, bang Hard" I think you'll not be blamed on this one anyway....etc. Does it make sense that if you're up to anything in life, either you do it fully or don't bother, All-IN or nothing?!

Why don't you tell me in the comment section below, if you're to change (hit) with something else what would it be?

9. "Fixing what you have is better than waiting for what you don't."

"Focus on what you have is better than what you don't."

mind-blowing-quotes-that-will-change-your-life
mind-blowing-quotes-that-will-change-your-life

As much as these two look alike and that's why I decided to combine them together so we can discuss more quotes and more ideas. I guess they address different things or the same things but differently, and it's all about theories here guys, so let's start with "Fixing what you have is better than waiting for what you don't." Let's divide the quote into two parts "FIXING"/"Waiting". Fixing what you have and work on it to make it better and more durable is a good thing, it's like you're always upgrading your tools and make them shining and ready and that will smoothly lead you to bigger things. Waiting is not a good thing under any circumstances, you can wait as long as you like but usually, nothing will come your way by just waiting.

Now let's move on to "Focus on what you have is better than what you don't." One theory is that, if we wanna be happy we have to focus only on the things we have in our hands and feel grateful for all of these things, but things are not all the same...they're not all similar, these things might be people that you have around you let's say a wife or a husband, or it might be a car, money, job, passion....etc. I would understand it perfectly with people mostly because if you have a wife/husband and you're grateful for that, that might give you the chance to treat them better and spend more time all together with you and them enjoying every moment and being loyal. But with more materialistic things that might not work very well or as I said it might work in a little different way. If you have a car or some cash and you're thinking of a better car or more cash this is actually not a bad thing, this might be called ambition or day-dreaming, depends on how the thinking process goes. If you're thinking positively and actively like you're imagining every fucking detail as if you're already having the car and sitting inside it while you're driving, hearing the engine's roar and feeling it's power, or imagine your bank account with a lot more digits of cash flow, but pay attention we agreed on positive and Active thinking meaning that you're working for that in order for it to be real and achievable in your real-life and this is called wanting something bad enough, on the other hand, it might be a day-dreaming thing and that's all, in this case, this will be called wishing for something to happen or to have, but you don't want it bad enough to work for it and make it a do or die matter.

We all learn a lot from each other, I wanna know what are your theories and thoughts about these two? Let us all know down in the comment section below, and let's keep the fruitful conversation going!

10. Even if there is a 1% chance...Take your shot.

♣“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” ~ Wayne Gretzky♣

Wayne Douglas Gretzky CC is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player and former head coach. He played 20 seasons in the National Hockey League for four teams from 1979 to 1999. Nicknamed "The Great One", he has been called "the greatest hockey player ever" by many sportswriters, players, and the NHL itself. Gretzky is the leading scorer in NHL history, with more goals and assists than any other player. He was born on January 26, 1961. He is turning 59 years old today so we wanna wish him a blast and a happy anniversary, as a former professional ice Hockey player and former head coach, he meant every single word in this quote because that's what he was doing for ages as a profession. He knows that if you saw an opportunity even with very little chances and you decided to go for it, it might be the reason why you're very famous. He knows that if you took it you are just giving your next moment and your history a chance to be born and to live. Because by taking every chance that comes your way, at least you're opening the door for more outcomes than just doing nothing with ZERO results.

As long as you believe anything is possible and you have faith and confidence, one of two ways will be yours, but if you're stuck in your fears and in your head you will have nothing. If you saw a girl that took your breath away at first sight and you're obviously liking her and as soon as she gave you a second chance to breathe for a moment you just decided to make the first move and acted on the spot trying to approach her you might win the girl, but if you did nothing and didn't find the courage to get out of your head and of your own way, she's definitely lost. And a lot of times it is a one time chance for a couple of seconds and that's it...you'll never see her again! If you try you might not be knowing what will happen and that might be a little uncomfortable at first but with time you'll find it challenging, and that's the beauty of it, not knowing the income and not knowing what to expect is what gives taste to our lives, and make us learn quick reactions, adaptation, grow our wits, accept the idea that you might be embarrassed and be cool with it, learn not to take things very seriously and emotionally and be more fun and let us experience life. On the other hand, letting shots pass by means letting your life pass by hand in hand with every shot you don't take. Staying a prisoner inside your head will get you weaker and kill you slowly.

Man up and take your shots while you're still able, no one knows what is next.

Who is your favorite ice hockey player?

"The Great One"
