Carrot Salad Recipe #1


2 cups carrots, grated

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup apples, finely chopped

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp lemon juice


Combine all ingredients and chill until serving.

Carrot Salad Recipe #2


4 carrots, shredded

1 apple, peeled, cored and shredded

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp honey

Scroll to Continue

1/4 cup toasted blanched slivered almonds




Combine all ingredients.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate until serving.

Carrot Salad Recipe #3


 4 cups carrots, shredded

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp light cream

1/2 cup toasted blanced slivered almonds


Combine all ingredients except almonds.

Refrigerate until serving.

Sprinkle with almonds.

Carrot Recipe #4


2/3 cups raisins

2 cups grated carrots

1 cup crushed pineapple,  drained

1 cup minature marshmallows

1/3 cup unflavored yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar


Mix together raisins, carrots, pineapple, and marshmallows and set aside.

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar and add to carrot mix.

Refrigerate until served.

We talk about it often, but I don't know if it's one of those pipe dreams or if it'll come to fruition, ... Obviously that carrot is out there, but it really depends on the organization and what they do. I just know I would be better and he would be better if we were together, because we bring out the best in each other. That's the kind of relationship we have.
