Fact about Critics
Our everyday life is surrounded by lots of activities, and there is a usual misconception by people that no one is perfect and nothing is perfect. This statement has gone a long way in influencing our day to day activities and some of these activities in turn play significant roles in our life.
Even if you aren't motivated by people around you, there is no problem, be your own motivator. Many people have suffered great setbacks, not because they didn't make use of their time well or they didn't use the right resources, but because they fail to surmount whatever comments made by people on their present status in life. As humans we are all subjects to critics from people around even if you are doing the right thing. It's all left to you to make a choice on whether you would "sit down, strategize, stand up and solve the problem" or "sit back, succumbing to such sayings." As for me the only solution to critics is to continue to do better while ignoring the existence of such comments from people.

The Effect of Succumbing to these crtitics
Many have succumbed to critics from people around them, and what do they do? They give up their vision and try to pursue something else which would suit the people criticizing them, thereby trying to fit into another person's lifestyle, not considering the effect on their own future. Is this the end for them? Some are usually lucky and their change of plans eventually work out for them, but their success won't be as a result of their ideas only, while some would forever continue to regret the change of plans.
I have made researches and have gathered some people which their journey in life would totally amaze you and inspire you to continue the struggle in life as it is not over until it is over in life. Nothing good comes easy, so this journey is worth a try and at the end you would find out that after facing all these challenges, new qualities have been unlocked in you for you to be able to surmount your Flaws.

Later on, in 1950, he established his own plastic company and then expanded it into real estate investment company. As at June 2019, Li Ka Shing was the the 30th richest person in the world. He also has other industries he controls. Li's nickname in the industry is superman. Shing is known to be one of the most influential businessmen in Asia, although he has now retired and his son has taken over his duties. What a brave man from the start, at such a young age, he was already facing tough challenges.
