A Few Irresistible Solution Tools for Burning Problems

I believe in self-help, improving mental thoughts and seeking solutions to life’s problems. I have authored self-help eBooks and articles.

This article demonstrates how to use various solution tools as appropriate for intense problems in our lives in the best possible ways. Some of these are creating new beliefs, having a good self-image, changing your approach, and laughing it away. Let’s look at each in a little more detail by turns.

Creating New Beliefs

Sometimes sticking to old beliefs that you have formed since childhood and imposed upon you by your teachers, parents, and peers may become a challenge in your life at some point without allowing you to proceed in your life and be a success. When this happens, it is a sign that you need to form new beliefs about your life, attitude, and outlook.

For example, I had the following old beliefs/thoughts:

1) It is not necessary to be very rich.

2) If Ma doesn’t consent to something, things take a different turn from what I imagine.

3) I dwell on the past to learn from the past. But in the process, I stay stuck in the past, thinking back in the day about how I could take different paths.

4) I am always worried about my future (Tip: That's where negative thoughts set in).

5) I have to make great efforts and work very, very hard to make my dreams come true.

6) If I could only jump to my new destination…

7) It is so hard to get the things I want.

Now I know the above beliefs are very self-limiting and full of doubt.

How did I come about hitting my old beliefs? I just observed my thoughts and my habits from an angle. Above all, I had inner speculation of myself and how it was affecting the environment around me. The current situation in my life I have come to know is simply the result of my thoughts. I am trying to change that in a big way by changing my beliefs and notions. Now here are my new beliefs and views that have helped me to improve the current situation in my life a great deal:

1) There is nothing evil about having money more than necessary. I choose to be in a state of abundance and cease to focus on lack.

2) I think positive thoughts all day long, and even when negative thoughts creep in, I immediately replace them with positive introspection again.

3) I feel gratitude for what I already have and live in the now. It makes me receptive to the new gifts that the Universe is about to shower upon me.

4) I have to be happy where I am before going where I want to be.

5) I need to work smarter, not harder. (I am still working on this.)

6) I love myself, and everything falls into place.

7) The magic is in the power of believing in myself.

8) If I want something, I have to put my constant focus on it.

9) I can achieve the impossible only if I think I can.

I think it is obvious by now which of my thoughts and beliefs were faulty and I worked smartly to change them.

Having a Good Self-Image

When you have good times, it is easy to have a good self-image. You are also automatically good to yourself. But how about bad times or not being able to cope with a burning problem? My advice would be not to let that self-image be shattered and be torn apart under any circumstances because they only aggravate your difficulty.

Try to look at yourself from a mentor or counselor's point of view. What would they tell you now that you are in this situation? Mentally make a note, or better still, write them down from their point of view. You can be your counselor if you practice being one; it is not hard.

So, you have a blazing problem only. You haven't lost your home, or a loved one, or even a job. Is it wise then to shatter your positive self-image and let it get in your way? Think about it. Think about it twice. You will regain your consciousness, be in the flow, retain your positive self-image, and even you will be able to pat yourself on the back and say: “Come on, you can handle this!”

This attitude solves more than 50% of your problem. You get the solution to the other 50% of your difficulty by brainstorming, staying strong, and hitting on ideas one after another. Sometimes it is just one Eureka idea that lets all the floodlights in. I guess you get the idea.

So never let a burning problem cost your ideal self-image and keep it from treating yourself well. It is vital that you stick to this tip in overwhelming times, and it can be guaranteed it will pay off.

Changing Your Approach

Sometimes you have tried with all kinds of ideas one after another, but the profound problem in your hand doesn't still seem to get solved. It is high time you stop playing with ideas and believe in yourself, and therefore, change your approach to get different positive results.

I want to show you by example how this solution tool works in reality. I do like to write fiction stories for a free site as a passion hobby, but after publishing one such fiction story, days went by, and I did not get many downloads up to my expectations. I worked with ideas like sending an email to my email list (which is, in fact, not very long) about my fiction story. I also began to collect more emails that came in my way in my account and advertised to them about my free fiction eBook, and I also carried out free press exposure. But nothing worked to give me downloads of my eBook and get it the attention I wanted. So, I said to myself, I will believe in myself, and I waited patiently for a while.

Then magically, there was a newsletter in my self-help email account from a top self-help expert, Chris Cade, who said that the most important word you can replace the words you are using every day is by using the word "choose." Now how do you use this word?

The answer in my case was that I was using phrases like, ”I will just believe in myself”, or "I want to get a larger number of downloads for my most recent eBook. "

As it turned out, according to Chris Cade, "will" or "want" needed a different approach by utilizing the word "choose." This is how the clarification to my issue should have been:

"I choose to believe in myself ", or "I choose to get a larger number of downloads for my most recent fiction eBook." And boy did it work? It worked like a miracle! Everything was happening fast. I got an email right in front of my open email account within seconds where I saw the sender was the free eBooks' site editor. The email had the subject line, "Editor's Choice: The best books this week."

And guess what I saw inside this email! The editor's choice for the week's first best book image was that of the one I had most recently authored and had it published on the site, and it was the one I was worried about all along!

I danced in ecstasy. I knew my problem was solved only because I chose to take a different approach regarding my scorching worry. A huge number of the site's other subscribers would have had also gotten the same email. As my book image was the first one, according to the editor's choice, naturally, these subscribers would be clicking on the image first and foremost among other book images and downloading my book with higher priority! Can you see the trend? I bet you do, now that I have explained everything so lucidly.

This is what a change in one's approach would do concerning a vigorous problem. Try it and experiment with it as much as you can, and its benefits will be promising.

Laughing it Away

When you are at your wit’s end concerned about your red-hot problem, fake a laugh. Try it. Once you have faked it, fake again. You are bound to end up laughing in reality right from your heart. Is there a better way to handle your problem? This is because a happy mood opens opportunities for solutions.

While you are happy solving your problem, the others get positive vibes of energy from you. Soon many people are operating efficiently around. They may come back to you, and you can share each other's points of view on the problems, which you are already working on.

You may share a laugh again concerning the complexity and absurdity of the problem. Who knows, the solution to your problem may end up sitting on your lap, or you may be getting the solution that has been sticking out and staring at you all along.

Such is the power of laughing your problems away. It helps you to relax and stretch. What better way is there than to handle your difficulty from this state? As I have explained, good vibes of energy are a great way to reach the answers to your burning problems, only if you allow yourself. Next time if you have an agonizing concern regarding your work, relationships, or health, see how it goes laughing it away.

Some interesting thoughts. I feel that whatever works for you is great! Someone else may benefit from it and some won't. The soul grows through experience and something as simple as Covid-19 may wake us up to the Buddha's philosophy that all we have, is the eternal now ... that tomorrow is not ours... that all is transient.

The fear of death or dying can also do this. yet again, it may not in many, and they would require another 100 years or two incarnations.

Who decides? Ones karma in cooperation with the Divine. We cannot move faster than Grace, yet grow we must. Life is evolution and we grow with it. All external help are merely catalyst to point or drive us within, at the appointed hour. God speed!!
