A Cup of Tea and My Source of Happiness and Relaxation

As we all know that happiness is the experience of joy, contentment, or positive well-being. Again, relaxation means the state of being free from tension and anxiety.

Our life is full of works, hardships, and struggles. But in-between we all need some personal time for us which really gives us some mental repose from all these issues. This is life; it is never been a bed of roses. But, our positive mentality can at least put some roses for the time being which helps us to reinforce ourselves with more energy and cheerfulness. It cherishes our mind to get back to our regular life again.

Now, how it is related to a cup of tea? Is it ridiculous to hear? No, not really. I am explaining.

Firstly, I am describing some benefits of taking tea. Taking tea stimulates our energy, helps to overcome our tiredness. Research says it reduces the risk of heart disease, prevents tooth decay, boost our memory power and also beat cancer.

Particularly, green tea is genuinely healthy for our body. It helps to reduce weight, improves brain function, and anti oxidants may lower the risk of some cancers.

Yes, a cup of tea is always my source of happiness and relaxation.

From my university life, I have started to drink tea to complete my assignments and projects for those I have to spend time till late night. This was how I started to get the taste of tea. “Oh, it’s really having a better feelings inside” I thought.

Slowly, I started to take tea when it rains, sitting beside the window. It seemed to me as if those rain drops were falling on my cup and giving me more pleasure and glee.

When we were bored with long hour MBA classes, we took tea break, went to the canteen. It was a mind blowing hobnobs. I still remember those days which cherish my mind inside.

In our cousins get together it’s just impossible to continue without cups of tea. We just went crazy. Our chattering gets more vigor even with just the smell of it. We add some special spices into the boiled water to make it tastier in our gossip time.

A cup of tea is a support in my motherhood. It helps me to be alive for long time for my baby. When I get too exhausted, I just take it to give myself some recreation. I really enjoy taking it holding my baby in other hand. It is not that every mother does it, but very special in my persona.

The most interesting thing is that while preparing an article for HubPages, I take little break to have a smoky cup. It increases my love and passion 100 times more for better writing indeed. I really feel how zestful it turns me. Every job needs passion and same for the writers. I feel badly this cup of it in some intervals of my work.

Sometimes, I only want to spend some times with myself. Mostly, I do it in our rooftop having my drink.

As cooking is our everyday’s routine bound work. Will you believe it I just made it so entertaining with my cup? While my curry needs time to get tender most of the time I try to have my sup and made my mind out of tiredness and boredom of cooking as it is a daily exertion for human being. It is not that I do it every day, but eventually when I feel shaft with it I just do it. “Is there anyone so unique like me?” I smiled inside me.

This 21st century made us very busy in both home and outside. Career, family, parenting, responsibilities and society all turned us into robots. But these are not only parameters in our life. We need refreshments, no matter in which way it could be. If a cup of tea can cheer up your mind, why don’t you? For me, it’s a perfect short term tidbit. Sometimes, I go outside only to have one cup and get back home shortly. Sometimes, it really helps me to forget some of my silly sadness. I believe, this is my life and I am responsible for my happiness and relaxation in my own way. Isn’t it?
