125 ml (½ C) flour

Instructions
Warm pot of oil over moderate heat.
Add the flapjack batter per the package instructions.
Skewer each Mini Vienna and dip into the flour.
Dip each skewered Vienna into the batter until evenly coated.
Cook Viennas until puffed and golden.

This is a really quick and simple snack to serve on game day. You'll need crackers, cheese and meet to recreate it. Begin by laying your cheese in an oval shape in the center of your platter. Then you can place pepperoni slices on top of this. Cut some cheese strings to place on top of this to make the lines. Finish by using crackers to make the edge of the platter.

Watermelon Helmet
This is easier than you would think to make. Cut about 4 inches from one end of the melon and set aside. Then carve a large U shape in the melon. Scoop melon out and scrape leftovers off. Then scoop melon out of the 4 inch piece and cut a small sliver of the bottom off for an even grounding. Carve 6 rectangles. Secure the helmet to the mouth guard with tooth pics. Put watermelon back in the helmet and paint your team's logo on both sides with acrylic paint.
