These are just so creative and so much fun! I do have to give a huge pat on the back to Jill for thinking up so many awesome and fabulous party food ideas that there is no doubt kids will absolutely love!

Jill from Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons put on a fabulous Star Wars themed party for her son. See below the fabulous ideas she's shared for everyone to use at their own parties! Thanks to Jill.

This is a Storm Trooper cheese ball. Jill used:

  • Two packages of cream cheese
  • One packet of ranch dressing mix
  • Two cups of Monterey Jack shredded cheese
  • Black olives to make the helmet

Jill made sweet and salty sabers with large pretzel sticks and Fruit Roll-Ups. She said the kids loved them!

Just wrap up the pretzel stick with the Roll-Up leaving some of the pretzel sticking out at the bottom.

Jill made this easy Yodamole (guacamole) by shaping/molding his head and ears with the guacamole. Make a nose with it as well. She made his eyes with sour cream and black olives. Jill used scooper chips so she could label it as Yodamole and Trooper Scoopers!

Jill made these Storm Troopops using jumbo marshmallows, large marshmallows, black edible marker, and long lollipop sticks.

Make a hole in the bottom of the jumbo marshmallow and stuff a large marshmallow inside to make it flare out a bit. Draw on the Trooper face with the black edible marker and put it on a stick. Jill says this was definitely the favorite for the kids at the party and so easy to make!

Make cupcakes and set them aside to cool. Add just a little flesh color to vanilla frosting. Frost the cupcakes and add your candies for the eyes and mouth. You could either pipe on the lips or just use hearts. Pipe on chocolate frosting for the hair. Put Tootsie Rolls in the microwave for eight minutes and roll them into a strip. Then roll that strip into a spiral for Leia hair buns.

For these adorable Chewbacca Cookies, Jill used Little Debbie Star Crunch cookies, cookie frosting, mini chocolate chips, edible eyeballs, and mini heart candies.

She decided to use the Star Crunch cookies because the crispy rice in the cookie would look like hair and the fact that they are chewy!. Jill changed the shape of the cookies from a round shape into more of a square. She added chocolate cookie frosting for the mouth and as the glue to attach their edible eyes. She piped more frosting over the top of the eyes. She then attached mini chocolate chips for the noses. She broke mini heart candies in half for the teeth, pointed side down for the fangs and the rest on the rounded side.

This page is sooooooo helpful. I have two boys with birthdays 3 weeks apart (one turning 8, one turning 6). They both want Star Wars parties. I am limited on space so I need non-physical activities to keep kindergarteners and second graders happy. I am thrilled that there is enough variety that I can do different things for each party but keep some of the basics the same and save my sanity!

This page is amazing!!! Great ideas!!! I only have one question, on the Star Wars tags from Living Locurto, I am having trouble printing different names on the tags. When I print a name and then go to the next tag, all four tags have the same name, does not allow me to enter in different names???? Hope this makes sense! If someone knows how I can fix this, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to print them for my son's 6th Birthday in 2 weeks.

Thank You!!
