Pumpkin Carving Templates
Pumpkin Carving Templates make a messy situation much easier. When carving time comes around your little Picassos will happily carve away with no real concerns about the final product. But if you want to create a true work of an art or a pumpkin that can shine proudly on your porch and impress the neighbors.
Transferring a template to a pumpkin is a very easy process that can be done via taping or pinning the template paper to your pumpkin and then transferring the stencil image with simple pin pricks or by pressing a pencil, pen or stylus along the stencil hard enough to mark the skin of the pumpkin.
The possibilities of pumpkin carving are open to all artistic and cognitive skill levels. Pumpkin Carving is rather forgiving except it can be hard to grab a new pumpkin last minute if you make a mistake. Even at 8 years old I was able to draw and carve my own original designs into pumpkins after seeing a short article in a Boys Life Magazine but on the other hand I know many adults who still cant pull off elaborate designs after 30 years of attempting.

Im a sucker for free stuff, but I also hold my own time as being one of the most valuable commodities on this planet. Ive found that the template option on eBay that includes 120 Halloween Pumpkin Carving Templates was worth my $4 , the time it would have taken me to discover even 20 usable and comparable templates would be better spent carving with my kid.
So the option is provided here, again Free versions of these templates can be found and with a pen and paper and some pins any design can be created and carved.

Thank you. I do appreciate it. I do have the image shared under a creative commons license-- anyone can use it with the caveat I'm credited. The trouble is I posted this online (circa 2003) before people knew a lot about creative commons licensing and copyright. But, anyway, thank you for the credit and the gallery link. =)

K - The image was sourced from a Public Domain Image collection. It would seem that it was improperly cited as so. I have added your link and recommend that readers dig through the gallery

I love seeing my art pop up in various places on the internet. Rather than attribute my werewolf pattern to Twilight's "Team Jacob", would you mind crediting me as the design originator? I love putting free pumpkin carving patterns out there in cyberspace, but I'd like credit for my designs. Thanks and happy carving! =D

The kids love Halloween and part of the fun is all the decorating of their houses with pumpkins and ghouls lol. The Pumpkin carving templates are a great idea. The werewolf you have highlighted here is a great template for halloween.
