You can easily convert a pumpkin knitting pattern into a Jack-o-Lantern knitting pattern by embroidering or gluing on a face.
There are many pumpkin knitting patterns available, so I am only going to focus on ones that can be easily adapted as home decoration (some dishcloths would not adapt too well). You will find multiple free pumpkin hat knitting patterns in this list of baby hats, just not in this lens.
