Easter M&Ms in Pastel Colors and Speckled Eggs - A Pretty Springtime Mix
This page is dedicated to All About Easter M&Ms! Their colors, varieties, pictures of the bags and where to buy them. Easter M&M's are a beautiful mix of pastel colors to match the holiday. Not only pastels, some varieties are also speckled and look very much like Robin's Eggs candies (see pictures on this page). The pastels are known as the "Bunny Mix" and the speckled are called "Speck-tacular Eggs." There are plain milk chocolate, peanut, peanut butter, almond and dark chocolate Easter M&M's. In case you can't find them locally, I've listed where you can find them online.
M&M's now has...drumroll...White Chocolate M&M's for Easter. Ah-mazing! Also, this year the Coconut M&M's are in pastel colors (last year they were not). Annnnd if that wasn't enough (thank you M&M's) this year there are now Pretzel M&M's in pastel Easter colors.
Pastel Colored Easter M&M's
Plain M&M's in Easter Colors - Bunny Mix with Cute Easter Logos
Many people call these "Plain" M and Ms, but there's nothing plain about this beautiful mix of colors! These are colors you won't see any other time of the year, so if you like to use them for cupcakes and cake decorating like me - grab an extra bag. Also see the egg shaped speckled variety below. Yes - in Milk Chocolate!
Egg Shaped Speckled M&Ms in Milk Chocolate - Speck-tacular Eggs - Look Like Robin's Eggs
These are probably my favorites. I use these anywhere I'd use Robin's Eggs for decorating. These are NOT malted milk balls - they are SOLID chocolate!

Easter Dark Chocolate M&Ms - Bunny Mix
Yay! I can now share the Dark Chocolate bag. Some of the M&M's have the word "Dark" under the "M."
Almond M&M's for Easter - Bunny Mix
I'm glad to finally have a bag of the Almond variety to share. This is probably the most vibrant colored pack. Even my daughter commented on how pretty the bright colors are.
Easter M&M's with Speckles
Robin's Egg Style Speckled are in 2 Varieties: Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter
I especially like the speckled M&M's. Each year I make a particular Easter Cupcake that looks like a bed of grass with Robin's Eggs (I'll add a picture as soon as I make them this year). But instead of the Robin's Eggs this year, I'm going to use the speckled milk chocolate eggs or the speckled peanut butter eggs. The Peanut or Almond M&M's would be the right shape too but they aren't speckled, and a lot of kids don't like nuts, so these will be perfect.
Another idea is to use the speckled M and M's to decorate the edges of Easter cakes. Even if you buy a cake from a bakery, you can still jazz up the edges or trim with cute pastel M&M's. I'll show some examples of that too.

This Chart Shows the Shapes and Color Combinations - *Update: I now have all 6 varieties listed below
You can see here that the Peanut Butter Speckled are a little Brighter and Deeper in Color than the Milk Chocolate Speckled.
Please note: I'm still waiting on the Dark Chocolate and Almond to hit the shelves. I'll add them here as soon as I can get my hands on them :-).
Yay! I got them all. Target now has all Easter Candy out and all six varieties of M&M's. *They also have bags of Coconut M&M's in Easter themed bags, but they aren't in Easter colors.
