Spring is in the air! The promise of warmer temperatures means it's time to get serious about those fitness goals. For over a decade, I've skipped the gym and opted to work out at home. This convenience not only saves money, but also saves time.

YouTube is a large part of my fitness routine, and has been for years. It's a wonderful resource for exercise! I've written several articles featuring my favorite channels in the past, but my fitness journey is constantly evolving, and with that, my own fitness goals have changed. I've almost reached my current goal, and the following channels have helped me along the way.

Whether you're looking to get more serious about your own fitness goals or just want to change up your routine, check out these channels.

1. Lilly Sabri

Lilly is amazing! Her channel showcases quick, targeted workouts for common problem areas. The exercises are simple, yet effective. I was surprised at how my body changed when I started incorporating her videos into my routine. My stomach flattened out, ab lines were revealed, and my booty became perkier. Just what I was looking for! I currently add Lilly's workouts to my fitness routine 4 - 5 days a week.

2. Pamela Reif

Working out with Pam always makes me smile. She has a variety of videos on her channel, from targeted workouts to quick cardio sessions. Her dance cardio videos are my favorite. She combines easy to follow moves with popular music to create an amazing workout. I add one or two of these videos into my routine a few times a week. I also love her targeted workouts. Her abs, booty, and arm workouts burn oh so good!

3. Boho Beautiful Yoga

Yoga is a key part of my daily routine. After grabbing my mug of coffee in the morning, I roll out my yoga mat for a wake up stretch session. While I mostly do my own yoga flows, sometimes I enjoy following along with a video. For the past six months, I've found myself returning to the Boho Beautiful Yoga channel.

Juliana and Mark Spicoluk offer yoga videos in a variety of styles, so there's something for everyone. I love Juliana's detox, morning, and restorative flows, as well as her guided meditation sessions.
