Weight Loss With Challenge in 7 Days

You didn’t gain all your weight in one day; you won’t lose it in one day. Be patient with yourself.


This is a diet mainly consist of just 7 days.

In 7 days you will definitely love your body. If you are on large size, you will come on to medium to small just do this diet 2 times in a month. After doing this diet you have to take break of seven days, In that 7 days you should have to follow clean Eating and then again follow your 7 days diet plan.

The gap is essential in between the 7 days to reduced weakness and other issues.

So just come on this magical diet plan.

Make time for it. Just get it done. Nobody ever got strong or got in shape by thinking about it. They did it.


Weight loss Instructions

  1. 1st day: Eat only the fruits, Except the bananas. Eat as much fruits as u can. Because fruits make u healthy day by day.
  2. 2nd day: Eat only the vegetables, you can have 2 boiled potatoes early in the morning. Rest of the day eat raw or baked or cooked vegetables. Remember one thing that you should not take oil in baking the vegetables. Make salads of the vegetables. Eat as much as you want.
  3. 3rd day: Eat vegetables and fruits. But do not eat any banana and potato. Eat the rest of fruits and vegetables as much possible as you can. But please avoid the intake of banana and potatoes.
  4. 4th day: This is the magical day you can lose inches and even weight in kg's in this day. Eat 6 large bananas and 3 cup of full milk. If the bananas are small you can have 8 bananas but 3 cups of full milk remains constant.
  5. 5th day: This is a treat day. Eat 400g fish or mutton, or beef, or chicken. Which you like the most with 8 Tomatoes. You can divide all the 400g meat in 3 three portion of you meal day i.e. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
  6. 6th day: Now you can have smoothies of fruits and vegetables. Or you can eat them raw.
  7. 7th day: Here again you can have smoothies of fruits and vegetables. Or eat them as raw. And can also have 300g of Meat of any kind.
  8. Follow this diet plan for one week then you can have a break of one week then again do this diet.

Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Things to avoid

After doing this GM diet one can feel healthy and active in his/her regular doing. It does not matter for you how slowly you go, as long as you don't stop. Don't let a stumble in the road be the end of your journey. Don't dig your grave with your own knife and fork. When you eat crap, you feel crap. Keep going. Take it one meal at a time. When you feel like quitting, think about why you started.

I'm fairly confident we all know what to avoid:

  • Trans fat
  • Saturated fat
  • High-sodium foods
  • Cholesterol
  • Over-processed foods
  • White bread and flour
  • Added-sugar products

Fitness is like marriage. You can’t cheat on it and expect it to work.
