To feel better after being overcome by sadness, you need to allow the tears to flow. We were born with the ability to cry, and tears are the words our hearts cannot speak.

Weeping occurs not only when one is sad. There are many reasons people sob. Extreme joy can also lead to tears. Other times, crying can bring about excessive sorrow, which occurs when there is too much pressure.

Some people cry while chopping onions and some people sob while watching a sad movie. Yet another might cry when they are anxious. Children sob when they hurt their knees on the playground. People also try to clean their eyes once in a while when they are happy. It occurs as a way of seeing life with a clearer perspective.

When the heart can no longer bear the pain, some people cry. Sobbing does not mean sadness; people cry for many reasons.

Crying could be an individual’s way of surrendering to sadness and embracing their sorrow. Through crying, they can connect with the reasons they feel hopeless. Tears keep the eyeball moist and contain proteins and other substances that maintain eye health. In some cultures, it represents that emotions are overflowing, which can be sadness or happiness. Feelings are emotions that are not always under our control, whether they are good or bad.

Health Crying–Let the Tears Flow: Has anyone ever wondered if letting the tears flow (crying) healthy? Well, some feel shedding tears can show weakness, but it is not. Tears can carry persuasive messengers and can also provide mixed messages. When a parent tells a child to ‘stop crying,’ it teaches them something is wrong with crying and sad feeling.

Remember, crying is a highly evolved behavior; the reason for our tears is unique. It shares recognition of the significance and necessity. So, never be ashamed to call. It is good crying and a survival tool for enormous healing, so let the tears flow present a real good cry.

Crying is available for a purpose other than sadness; it has a biochemical method. When tears flow, it releases stress hormones or toxins from the body. For this reason, it is better to acknowledge emotional feelings like sadness or depression. Because emotions are flooding through our minds, crying releases different chemicals inside the body that assist people in doing a better job.
