Headache

Sometimes a headache is a sign of a stroke, brain problems, or anemia. Headache is a common disease that affects our nervous system. In both cases, there is short-term or permanent pain, which is very painful and prevents the person from doing normal work.

According to a report published in the medical information website Bold Sky, there are various causes of headaches: dietary problems, inadequate drinking water, work environment and general health problems outside the home, etc. In most cases, headaches are relatively harmless, but sometimes they can be a sign of serious illness, such as paralysis, or anemia. For most people, headaches are nothing more than a common ailment, but it is important to consult a doctor about headaches to make sure there are no serious causes. A healthy lifestyle should be adopted which includes healthy foods and exercise.

Headaches of different types

Research shows that when a person suffers from a headache, it is a sign of poor health, meaning that certain types reveal the underlying causes that affect people's health. It is sometimes difficult to define the type of headache, but common symptoms include pressure, headaches, and permanent or intermittent pain. Headaches can occur for no apparent reason or can be related to an activity or exercise. Similarly, it can start with severe pain or chronic pain. Headaches can be classified into three types: primary headache, secondary headache, nerve pain, facial pain, and other types of headache. Although pain in any part of the head can be defined as a headache, the cause, duration, and severity of the pain can vary according to the type of pain.

Causes of headaches

Headaches can have many causes. From basic health problems with eating habits, many factors can cause this pain and palpitations. The main causes of headaches are stress, extreme stress, and lack of sleep. People who are stressed because of work or have severe psychological problems suffer from this type of headache. Secondary headaches, on the other hand, are not as common as primary headaches, as they are usually caused by eating too much ice cream or problems with airbags or spinal problems.

Yoga

Although taking medicine gives temporary relief from pain, there is no benefit in taking regular pills. Yoga is considered to be a natural treatment for people who suffer from migraines or tension. Different yoga exercises help to relieve different types of headaches. For example, there are yoga exercises that relieve headaches caused by the accumulation of mucus from the cold, and if a person has a tension headache, yoga is done to relax. If a person suffers from a headache due to fatigue, special exercises are done to speed up the blood circulation in the brain.

Wasalam Manatita,

May Allah bless you with good health and all of us as well. Amen!

When it comes to coffee or tea, I myself am a very big fan of nonstop tea and coffee. A bad habit. It sometimes creates problems for me as well. I should also stop it. Too much intake of caffeine is not good for health, I know

Blessings and Kind Regards

Could increase the walk some more. Mind you, was a marathon and long-distance runner for many years and also ran across many countries. Was a swimmer too, doing up to 8 hours non-stop and attempted the English Channel swim, but got hypothermia.

Coffee, is an interesting one. I kind of know when I have too much and stop for a while. Salaam.
