The Graviola tree is found in the warm tropical areas in North and South America and south-east Asia. Material recd: fine needle aspiration from left cheek nodule yellowish material was aspirated.
Microscopic Examination : the smears are cellular and have a background of blood n necrosis. there are predominantly singly scattered and few cluster of dysplastic squamous cells .
the cells in cluster show loss of architecture and crowding and overlapping of nuclei. the cells have good amount of cytoplasm and hyper chromatic nuclei with pleomorphism.

Because of my refusal of surgery and radiation, it is now the fourth time doctors expected me dead. I'll have to look in a mirror each day just to see if they are right. Maybe having no fear of death is what healed me.

I absolutely agree with Darlene, and also understand why einron dare not be considered a doctor to prevent lawsuits and jail. Doctors do their best usually according to what they were trained for, but that does not make it right. Government knowledge and rules can often make things worse!
If I believed doctors I would have been already dead four times. The last was my refusal of surgery and/or radiation for prostate cancer. I take graviola and turmeric that stopped the symptoms in three weeks, but with a lot of experiments I also know to avoid too much sugar and any dairy products or the herbs would fail.
I noticed a few days ago are news reports that show some doctors recognized from years of evidence that some men with prostate cancer are better off to not have surgery, and just wait.

I need to share this to everyone. As I have written two years ago (you can see my writings above) about my mother's sickness (Cervic cancer, found just 3 years ago and already at the very last stadium (4A). The doctors had asked us at the time to just take mom home and give whatever she'd like or want to have or do as nothing more could be done to save her life. We did so. According to the doctors my mom would only have 3 more months to live, she was very very weak at that time. We gave her graviola leaves as well as fruit right after that. What happened next was, a couple of days after that my mother was able to go to church, then she managed to flew back to our city (1.5 hours), lived her days normally...baby sitting and taking care of my nieces, cooking, cleaning up the house, and such simple daily activities. My mother finally left us for good April 2013, exactly 2 years after the doctors's statement. All through those last two years I spent several holidays and long trips with her. We travelled with planes, ships, or cars every where. During that time there was no single time that my mother suffered from any pain! Not any! Despite the fact that ever since she left the hospital she had received no medication or medical treatment AT ALL!!!! not even ever back to the hospital till her last breath as she always had wanted. The only thing that she regularly consumed was the boiled water of graviola leaves, that's all.
Till her last day she had never complained of pain or showed any signs of suffering from pain. We did asked her if she felt pain somewhere, very very convincingly she kept telling us that she has no pain at all. Maybe some people would think, she didn't you to know if she was in pain. But in my opinion if somebody in pain, especially in great pain...no matter how strong or how healthy he is, he would not be able to hide it.
Until her last days of life my mom was still able to bath herself and did her personal needs all on her own. She was just finishing very graciously and naturally, no pain, no bleeding or whatsoever. She lost consciousness 1.5 days before she finally gave herself back to God, surrounded by her children, children in-law, grandchildren, good friends and neighbours, en 'escorted' by a priest on Sunday afternoon after having a family service. God is so Great and Amazing!!!!

Then it is also my right to tell them it works, whether they agree or not. However, since I also take Turmeric, and I know with too much sugar or dairy products they will NOT work, I cannot blame anyone who does not believe it will. "Normal" fails, but "abnormal" succeeds. Also, the same diet will not necessarily work the same way for everyone. That is why I always test things three times in various combinations just to be sure I can confirm what is best.

From the name "n Patel" I am guessing you are in or from India. I do understand that, until recent years, there were more herbs used for medicine than drugs. Drugs have a good purpose, but more often cause worse side effects than the disease.
My primary physician, with VA, was born in India. When I told him I refused both surgery and radiation to stop the cancer, and instead took both graviola and turmeric, he did not understand graviola, but did know about turmeric (primary curry ingredient), but if he told me about that he would be fired.

Paw paw is definitely different from papaya which is tropical and grown in areas near the equator like West Indies, Malaysia and Indonesia. I have not come across paw paw and so cannot compare and contrast between the two in taste and texture.

I have never heard any graviola side effect or damage in the past, but anything we eat has some effects we may never know about. Probably it pertains more to conflict with other items (drugs or food), natural circumstances since we are not all identical, or an excess amount. (For example, a "normal" amount of sugar or dairy product would result to me that graviola had no benefit.) I do some research prior to anything I try, but I have to figure out who I can believe and what solution may be acceptable with side effects, just as doctors should know about drugs. What is important is full information available, and accept my own personal responsibility to make a personal decision and avoid law suites.

Except for Brazil, I doubt I have ever seen the fruit or leaves. But I buy a liquid made from the leaves and add some drops to a glass of juice each morning. It costs me about $30 for six to eight weeks.

Just additional item: I also take turmeric (the primary ingredient of curry). I have not yet tried to stop the turmeric or graviola to see which might work the best, but at least they do together.
My primary physician was born and raised in India. He knew nothing about graviola, but was not surprised when I told him I was taken these for the prostate cancer I have. But if he told me this, he would have been fired.

I understand the disputes against Graviola, but they can work! With both graviola and tumeric, the prostate cancer symptoms I had for a year (then tested and proven) ended in thee weeks.
But I also do a lot of experiments. This would not work for the average American. (I try everything three times to be sure.) If I ate half and much sugar as most Americans do, or any dairy products, these herbs would fail. I have also experimented with a lot of other things, and am suspicious of peanut butter, and some other nuts, but that is not yet proven.
