Think Positive ..... live a long life ...


My aunty achieved a long life by being calm and quiet before all the stress causing situations in her life. She lived a good 101 years life. My father lived a good 103 years life. He led a very disciplined and courageous, stress - free life.

Very rightly quoted, for every tragedy, there are a thousand joys. For every setback, there are countless ways to move positively forward from it . Though the world may sometimes seem cold and dreary, there is always a bright new sunrise on the way. Though life can certainly be unfair, it is at the same time filled with an unending supply of positive possibilities.

As painful as the losses can be, love will heal to an even greater degree. In the darkest of times, hope shines more brightly than ever. Your own existence is so thoroughly familiar to you that you rarely think anything about it. Yet it is a wonderous miracle that is utterly beyond compare.

What you have is so much more than what you can touch or see. What you have is everything that is, and all that can ever be. You will never fully grasp the depth of life's richness. For the more of it you experience, the more of it there is. Where ever there is a negative there is a positive - that's a law of nature. It is simply a case of choosing to see the positive and staying focused on it. Every thought you think is created by choice or habit. Every thought you think creates your health and circumstances.

Firstly, it is important to note that a positive thought is 100 times stronger than a negative one, so don't go stressing about all those negative thoughts you have been harboring, just commit to change, if you really want to transform your life.

One of the ways to easily change your thought patterns is by being aware of how you feel. Our thoughts create our feelings, so, when we feel negative, angry, resentful, jealous, etc. that's the trigger for you to decide to change. Choose a positive present tense Statement/Affirmation/Mantra, my all time favorite is "All is Well in My World" (Louise Hay). When faced with a very difficult situation I recite, " Out of this situation only Good will come. This is easily resolved for the Highest Good of all concerned. All is Well and I am Safe". Simply repeat this over and over, put real feeling into this new thought, choose to feel good.

Think Positive ... train your mind to pursue your goal ...


Really it's that simple. The next time you catch yourself worrying or thinking negatively about something, just calmly take a step back and decide to think about the situation differently. With the knowledge that you can choose your thoughts, repeat a positive, present tense thought in place of the negative one. By doing this you are also attracting towards you positive situations. Life is beautiful. Live it fully to the hilt. Do not spend precious time in negative thinking and cribbing about little matters of no importance. Think positive and mighty forces will be generated and come to your assistance. Keep a happy disposition. Enjoy life …..

Engage your mind on the positive aspect of life. For life is short, and meant to be cherished and enjoyed. Make it full of joy and happiness. Live in TODAY. Watch hilarious, comedy movies and TV serials, wear that outfit you saved for a particular occasion, eat that cake, go out for that trip to your favorite destination, yes, take that vacation. ENJOY ….. ENJOY …..

Turn all your negatives into positives. When one door closes, God Almighty opens another one for you. So, never say die. Keep on enthusiastically with your life and something good will keep on coming to you. Have faith ..... Be good ..... Do good .....

Good hub. Good advice. I just did a hub called: "The Healing Emotions versus the Dis-ease Causing Emotions."

Along this same line. It is truly important for the well being of each one of us to try to maintain that positive attitude. It can be very difficult in these times of excessive stresses all around us every day. If we each try to live for just today in a positive state of mind, tomorrow will seem easier to face.
