Aromatherapy for Menopause

The last major change to a woman's body is menopause, which is the point at which the body stops ovulating. The average age for menopause is about 50, but some women start in their 30s or 40s. Because each woman is different, the symptoms and the degree of the symptoms are different. The basic menopause symptoms include hot flashes, depression, shortness of breath, night sweats, headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, anxiety, and loss of bone mass.

Because every woman is different, conventional treatment may not be good for you, especially as hormone replacement therapy has a high risk of blood clots. A safer and more natural treatment of menopausal symptoms is aromatherapy.
