It may make us feel horrible about ourselves, guilty and irritated, and only the seductive reward of inactivity, comfort, rest, and stress-freeness can make us feel better about ourselves.

We should not be under so much stress for it would negatively impact our present and future. Always giving it your all in order to solve the challenges. So have a good attitude, be cheerful, and enjoy your life.
