The ISTJ is the person who most commonly is the unseen one who labors quietly and makes things happen. They have a strong sense of duty and loyalty, sometimes to a fault.
They are sensible and are not prone to self delusion, they can follow directions and seldom go off track. Other people trust the actions of an ISTJ.
An ISTJ will take projects from start to finish with vigor and stamina. They generally are not interested in new ideas or thinking outside of the box. They remain practical in a consistent way.

An ISFJ has his feet firmly planted on the ground. He is conservative and enjoys being part of an an organized structure in an established society. He is reliable and works at a steady pace. He works hard to fill the needs of other people. He is vocal by words or display that they are reliable and can be trusted. He formulates plans well and follows through sticking with them. He does not give up.

Mentally they are sensitive an prefer to be alone and recluse whenever they can. They withhold their own feelings and it is hard to get them to open up about themselves.

An iSTP are artistic by nature who have a good grasp of mechanical concepts and they are very good at troubleshooting. Their logic is fluid and they can develop solutions that are practical and feasible. They work well alone and can easily change their approach and adjust themselves mechanically/mentally. An ISTP will keep to themselves but will interact where need be or when social interaction is required. They pride themselves in taking action.An ISTP enjoys both physical and sensory experiences immensely.

An ISFP is gentle by nature and have a tendency to stay focused on the present moment. They find themselves in an environment that they genuinely enjoy. They can change directions easily when needed and are adaptable allowing them to go with flow more easily especially when doing so creates a better environment.
ISFP's are usually quiet and mild mannered. They keep much of their thoughts to themselves and have a hard time opening up. They are most often warm and friendly by nature and are more than willing to participate in new and different experiences,

An ENTP finds in novel to play with ideas. He will often banter with others, sometimes taking the oposing view point just for the sake of arguement. He is usually strong witted and will use his grasp of language to stay on top of an argument in a cheerful way. He loves to toy with people. Sometimes he will use this skill to make fun of other people not meaning harm. They believe in a live and let live approach to life.

An ESTJ is a very proficient organizer. They like everything to be done in a neat an orderly way almost to a fault. They prefer definite results with no variations and no surprises. Their middle name is logical. When they find a mess, they must fix it. When they find something unorganized, they take the initiative to organize it. They are excellent at forming procedures.

An ESFJ makes their family their top priority and are very loyal to them, sometimes acting out of traditional practice. They are givers of their time and effort, sharing openly their emotions. An EFFJ is highly motivated and highly energetic. Very driven individuals. They focused on the needs of others and take the suffering of others very seriously. They are also very optimistic and forward thinking. Self improvement in themselves and others is very important. An ENFJ is ambitious but not just for themselves. They look at the world and try to make it a better place.

An ENTJ has strong leadership abilities. They are very strategic and work hard to affect and organize change. They can see what doesn't work effectively and come up with solutions to make it better.
