Not everyone develop the qualities others do. That doesn't mean you're less important or special. Some qualities are stronger than others. One thing we can do is be brave. Whether it's having bravery for your family, friends or yourself.

Not everyone is comfortable stepping out of their comfort zones. It's okay to not want to do something you don't feel comfortable doing. If it comes a time when you absolutely need to. It's up to you to do make the right decision. Your choices will impact you and people around you.

It can impact them positively or negatively. Taking risks when you don't want to is a really brave thing to do. Not all of us have the courage to do it. That's why it's important for people who are comfortable taking risks. To Guide and help others who aren't.

People automatically think taking risks is bad. They think all results will be bad. I am here to tell you that not all of them come out bad. The results can be pretty surprising sometimes. We all need to take risks more. If we don't will never know what will come out of it. Making hard decisions come with growing and becoming an adult. Don't you sometimes wonder what would've happened if you just did it?

Start taking risks it's a really brave thing to do.

Things to help you take risks more often

Build self-efficacyIt's OK to "Fail."Just do it.

Try to increase comfort level by taking small risks.

Losses are inevitable and acceptable.

You often have a large role in something that will hopefully impact millions of people.

The more risks you take, the more positive risk experiences become.

Failure is an option, so come up with a plan to handle loss.

If things fall apart, you can always get another job.

The more experiments you make, the better you become at making them.

Being mentally prepared enables you to make positive risk-taking decisions without fear of the unexpected.

After you analyzed a risky opportunity to death. Sometimes it's best to listen to you gut, and just do it.
