They also explained the impact on the employees’ personal relationships, physical health, mental health, that affected their social wellbeing. Barclays in their research observed that 46% of employees always worried about money problems, and 20% of employees lost sleep, mainly due to financial uncertainties. The impact of problems was very serious on an individual employee, and there was a specific knock-on effect on the organization.

Hence, they mentioned that the negative stress impact exists, resulting in employee poor performance, when the stress is not directed efficiently. As a result, the stress generated negative impacts on the organization and productivity. This tendency of stress is always a foremost challenge to the organizations and employers, due to reduced job performance levels, mounting absenteeism cases, as they further contribute to the involvement of employees in drug cases and alcoholism. In this connection, Sporakowski explained that such financial worries always cause stress and resulting in a crisis. He also explained the significance of the link between stress-related illnesses and financial problems. He further informed that financial worries generate an impact on individuals regarding daily life functioning. In addition, it is recognized that the main stress source is financial hindrances.
