Top 8 Tips for a Healthy Life

No matter how advanced medical technology is today, it will never be able to completely protect you from the problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. It is much better to live in such a way that one rarely gets sick than to seek a modern medical solution for every problem.

Prevention is better than cure in terms of costs. Below are eight suggestions for long and healthy life. In addition, the same lifestyle that keeps you healthy also contributes to weight loss.

Start to Live a Healthy Life
There is no one who doesn't want to live longer and in better health. If I had to choose one word to sum up my life, it would be "grand." How amazing is it to be alive, to breathe, to hear music, to see color, to know that we are the result of millions of years of evolution, and to know how incredibly fortunate we are to be here? Given all of this, why do we keep coming up with new ways to kill one another and ourselves?
We are people. We are the epitome of imperfection, and for the foreseeable future, we will commit a plethora of errors. However, we can improve by learning, adjusting, and daring.

1. Regular Exercise

People had to use their physical bodies to perform their daily tasks. But today, a person can get up, drive to work, sit down, get back in the car, drive home, and then sit for the rest of the day. In such life, there is no existence of any labor which is physical. This lack of movement is one of the main causes of many diseases. If our regular work does not force us to exert ourselves physically, sports, running, walking and other activities must be included in our life.

2. If you are sleepy, go to sleep.

Although it may seem obvious, many people ignore their body's signals to go to bed and stay up late. According to yoga and Ayurvedic medicine, it is better to sleep at night and be active throughout the day. But other people, including students, would use stimulants like coffee to study late at night. Some people are used to sleeping and waking up at night. Even if we could do that, our health would eventually suffer. According to specialists in alternative medicine, these wrong lifestyles are one of the causes of cancer and other disorders.

3. If you are hungry, eat.

This is another simple and straightforward concept, but again, we often ignore the body's signals. You don't digest food efficiently if you eat at a certain time due to habit or social pressure, even if you don't really feel like eating. Acidity and indigestion begin, which increases the risk of contracting more complex diseases. Appetite is actually a sign of health, so if you don't have it, you should wait before eating. (If you wait a good time and still have no appetite, something is wrong and you should see a doctor.)

4. Fast frequent and often

A person who is asked to give birth 365 days a year without a break would resist and claim that they need a break, otherwise it will fall apart. But we never bothered to question our digestive system or think about what we are forced to work non-stop for days. They cannot resist their superiors as well as men, but they let us know that they cannot work constantly. These organs degenerate when we ignore these signals but still force them to function. This is why regular fasting is important. Don't eat anything all day. It gives your digestive organs a break while helping to eliminate waste products from your body. Regular fasting frees up time for intellectual or spiritual pursuits. Fasting is not just for cave dwellers; is a good practice that anyone can do.

5. Wash yourself with cool water before going to sleep

As stated earlier, adequate sleep is essential to maintaining health. Washing major motor and sensory organs (hands, arms, eyes, feet, mouth, genitals) with cool water before bed relaxes you and prepares you for deep sleep.

6. Practice meditation regularly

Your body and mind are connected with each other. Today there are so many psychosomatic diseases from which people are suffering. Our physical health suffers from two of the most common things which are stress and anxiety. One of the benefits of meditation is that it allows you to step back from your daily worries. Find a simple method and then practice it often.

7. Wake up early every day

"The old saying "early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise" applies again. "You may not get rich, but you will certainly become healthier. Your body does not need too much or too little sleep. You should schedule your sleeping and waking up time. It will really help you in maintaining your health.

8. Stay Away From Carcinogens

Carcinogens are substances that can cause cancer. We now know more than ever about carcinogens and how to avoid or get around them. The following carcinogens should be avoided if you want to increase your lifespan:

Cigarette Smoke: If you smoke, I deeply sympathize with you. I've experienced that metaphorical "monkey on my back," and many people are fortunate to have never experienced its ashy grip. Quitting smoking can extend your life by up to 15 years.
UV rays: If you're going to be out in the sun for a long time, apply sunblock to protect your skin from UVA and UVB rays. I avoid the sun entirely because it is the primary natural factor that causes skin aging. Additionally, wear polarized sunglasses with adequate UV protection. Protect your eyes if you want to live a long life and see into the future.
Chemicals and Additives: Be prepared for a surprising list of carcinogens found in our everyday products. Such as Dove Bar Soap, Cover Girl Natural Finish Makeup, Johnson's Baby Shampoo, Crest Toothpaste with Tarter Control, Tide and Cheer laundry detergents and Lysol disinfectant. Some examples include Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs.

You cannot go wrong using these suggestions. Just think positive and stay positive.
