To increase the body's resistance to disease
Many of us take vitamin supplements to boost our immune system. We forget about the things around us that can be used regularly to increase the body's resistance to disease.
Almonds: Soak 8 to 10 almonds daily. As the body's immune system increases, so does the brain's ability to fight stress. Vitamin E helps to increase the killer cells found naturally in the body. It helps to destroy viruses and cyanide cells. Almonds increase the number of B yap cells in the body. These cells make antibodies that help the body fight off harmful bacteria. Vitamin E found in almonds helps the skin to regenerate itself as well as the process of wrinkle formation. It also protects the body from cardio vascular (heart and muscle related diseases).
Oranges: Oranges, lemons, pomegranates, kathars, etc. are rich in vitamin C. It helps build white blood cells that fight every infection. Antibodies formed from the consumption of such fruits form a kind of coating on the surface of the cell which prevents the virus from entering the body. Vitamin C in such fruits raises good cholesterol in the body and also controls blood pressure. It slows down the accumulation of fat in the arteries of the heart. The natural chemical compounds found in it activate the body's immune system.
Garlic: Garlic provides a lot of antioxidants and strengthens the immune system of the human body. It contains an ingredient called salipin, which helps the body fight infections and bacteria. Consuming garlic in your daily diet provides protection against foot ulcers and cancer. Eating two cloves of garlic daily in the morning helps to control blood pressure and also strengthens the body's immune system for a long time.
Spinach: This nutritious vegetable is called Super Food Pan. It contains an element called folate. Which makes new cells in the body as well as the DNA in those cells. It also repairs, as well as the fiber, iron, antioxidant and vitamin C in it keeps the body healthy from all walks of life. Consuming boiled spinach helps the digestive system to function properly and also reduces the problem of constipation.
Mushrooms: Mushrooms have been shown to be extremely beneficial in boosting the body's immune system. This keeps the white cell active. It contains a mineral called selenium, an antioxidant, vitamin C. Riboflavin and nisin. Mushrooms have anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-tumor properties. Consuming 30 grams of mushrooms per day keeps the immune system strong. It can be used well in salads, soups, and pastas.
Broccoli: In addition to vitamins A and C, broccoli contains antioxidants called mututavion. It stimulates the immune system. A delicious salad of steamed broccoli can be prepared by mixing cheese. Its intake provides the body with adequate amount of protein and calcium.
In this way, we can increase our immunity by making good use of what is around us. Therefore, it is important for us to give priority to food that is available everywhere in our neighborhood, rather than taking vitamin supplements.
