Ingredients are Milk ,Maca Powder 1 tsp, Vanilla, Ground Cinnamon and Honey.
Put milk, maca powder and cinnamon in a pot, heat it in simmer and let the cinnamon and maca powder get dissolved. Add Honey and Vanilla in it. Health drink will be ready.
Normal intake daily 1 tsp or 3 to 3.5 gm is recommended. It may vary depending on intensity of complication and other health conditions.
Maca Root Side Effect
This is one of the rarest herbs which does not have any significant side effect. However in some cases it should be avoided:-
1. Hyperthyroidism: Since it contains Iodine hyperthyroid patients should not take it.
2. Hormonal disorder medication: Maca Root is very active on hormonal activities, so the patients already under hormonal disorder medication should avoid it.
3. Cardiac Medication: Maca Root has an effect on blood pressure, so patients under medication of Cardiac or Blood Pressure should consult physician.
