I take a just ripe banana, slice it up and store in the freezer on a plate. Once frozen throw them into a blender with 4-5 ice cubes, 2 cups almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 4-5 Tablespoons Ovaltine and puree. It is like having a homemade thick chocolate banana shake and it's really good! I love bananas too!
