In all levels in your life, if you want to be better, you must have discipline. To be disciplined it's even harder to maintain. But we can make it easier by building some strong habits.

A small habit repeated on a daily basis brings you an extraordinary result for a long period.

Otherwise, success depends on the compound effect theory. The compound effect means work regularly without missing a single day. Also it depends on habit.

1. Wake up early

There is a saying " Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Wake up early in the morning, preferably not later than 6.00am. Be patient. Make it a habit. Because it's the time for preparing yourself. Early rising gives you extra energy that's vivid for the rest of the day.

Maintain a discipline for sleeping and rising. It will be hard for the first time. But constantly rising earlier makes it easier.
Remember, early rising is a most common habit of all successful people.

2. Make To-Do list

Working without constantly never brings a good result. Working everyday makes you flow, that influences you. Also, it increases your stamina at a high level. You feel like a superhuman as everything is possible to you.

If you take a hard look, what is the common secret to all successful people? You will notice that they follow a To-Do list for their everyday life.

A To-Do helps you avoid all distraction and diversities. Remember, we are human beings not a machine that we work constantly without missing. So, you might have a To-Do list to grow yourself.

3. Daily Exercise

Do you want to feel better with more productivity? Also, increase physical and sexual ability, just do exercise regularly. It doesn't take a lot of time, merely 10-20 minutes is enough, but they yield the rest of the day to being energetic.

Physical Exercises help you to control weight loss. Not more not less, when you engage in physical activities it will help you to stay perfect.
Also it will give you a better impact on your professional life.

According to a Mayo Clinic 2019 study¹, people who sit for eight hours a day with no physical activity have the same risk of dying similar to someone who smokes or is obese.

On the other hand, exercise helps to stay focused. So, put a particular time for exercise. And boost your energy.
