They offer a variety of health benifits like easy to digest , improve blood sugar levels, lowers bad cholesterol & a lower risk of heart desease as it's a good source of anti - oxidant , it is also rich in Pottasium,magnesium and fibre which reduce blood pressure .

- 500 Gms Sprouted beans, Green moong whole
- 250 Gms Red onion, Sliced/Diced
- 200 Gms Tomato, Diced
- 25 Gms Coriander leaf, Chopped
- 25 Gms Green chilli, Chopped
- 2 nos Lemon juice
- As per taste Salt
- Take the sprouted beans first then add sliced onions, diced tomato, chopped chilli( optional), chopped coriander leaf,lemon juice of 2 lemons and salt.
- Mix well all the ingredients . Serve at room temperature at the breakfast time or as a side salad.
