What You'll Need

  • Double boiler
  • Silicone Whisk
  • Containers

Ingredients

  • herbal infused coconut oil
  • beeswax pellets or raw beeswax
  • cocoa butter
  • jojoba oil, mango butter, or olive oil
  • manjistha powder
  • essential oils (optional)

How It All Goes Together

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup herbal infused coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup beeswax pellets or 75g raw beeswax
  • 1/2 cup or 100g raw cocoa butter
  • 1/4 cup tablespoons jojoba or olive oil, 50g mango butter,
  • 1 tablespoon manjistha powder
  • essential oils (optional)

Instructions

  • In a double boiler, on medium heat combine beeswax stirring occasionally until completely melted with a silicone whisk.
  • While the beeswax is melting, combine the manjistha and olive or jojoba oil when the wax is melted, stir in the concoction.
  • Next, add cocoa butter and once it is melted in add your infused coconut oil, stir thoroughly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add a few drops of essential oils if desired and stir well.
  • Carefully transfer the mixture into your prepared containers.
