Simply boil water, add one teaspoon of leaves per cup of liquid, and then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
All you need is a pot, some water, and moringa leaves. You can boil it on the stove and pour it into a cup, just like regular tea or, in my opinion, more fun- add cold water and serve over ice. It will cool you off in the summer and keep you warm in the winter.
You can also purchase dried leaves instead of using fresh ones. They normally come in sealed packaging to keep them fresh.
