So many raspberry ketones options..which one to choose? I've heard that a lot of Chinese companies inflate their brands with stuff that doesn't work. But then, there are also some very good raspberry ketones options that come from the Chinese mainland, too...

Fresh raspberries are healthy for you, yes. But you would need to eat a LOT of them for you to receive a similar effect. The pills are concentrated and have a much higher dose. :)
