  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • Lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • sugar/honey according to your taste


  1. Cut off the crown at the top of the pomegranate fruit.
  2. Extract the tiny red seeds, and remove all of the white and yellow membranes.
  3. Add pomegranate seeds, sugar/honey, lemon juice and water in the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture about 10-15 seconds until they turn liquid.
  5. And as simple and easy, you have pomegranate juice.
  6. Pour it through a strainer, if you want a pulp-less juice.
  7. Use spatula to help press out every bit of fresh juice.
