Reality vs. Ideals

Are you experiencing depression, or grief for the world in which you live?

Reality says that we live in a messed up world full of pain. And yes, we do. Our current home is a spiritually damaged planet, in the wake of which all other damages follow.

But it is possible to reach beyond this reality. And to do otherwise is absurd.

Let me give you an example why.

A Dark Closet

Suppose that you were trapped in a closet. Never mind why or how it happened. Just briefly imagine it's so.

Now, just because the closet is small and dark and possibly dirty, does that mean the world outside it is also unlit, full of the smell of your own despair?

Of course not. Outside, there is sunshine and stars and, occassionally, a sense of hope. The misery of the closet is contained to--the closet.

As soon as you are out of it, there is no reason to live as if you are still trapped.

So it is with healing and accessing free energy.

But even in a darkened closet, you can access hope. This will be our focus. But first--

What About Trauma?

Trauma inhibits our ability to heal and grow. No doubt about that.

So if you have a trauma history, is it possible to totally heal damages, such as those resulting from psychological and emotional abuse?

The answer is an emphatic, "Yes!"

Let's explore this.

Checking Out

The first thing you must accept is that you need to give yourself room to heal.

Yes--lots of room.

This may mean checking out of certain expectations, plans, and relationships.

There will come a time when you may be able to check back in (and may even want to!) But checking out has to happen. Healing cannot take place under pressure.

Boundaries Needed

This decision to be less involved may meet resistance from others. You will have to decide how to meet that resistance, and hold to your boundaries. This in itself may be a journey.

Acting on your own behalf will feel difficult. At times it may not feel worth the struggle.

But you must ask yourself at each crossroads:

Is the pain of staying where I am better than the pain of moving?

And you alone can answer.

You alone are responsible for your choices, and their consequences. So you need to choose the answer you can best live with.

If you are ready to move, or feel that you would like to be, shuffle one foot forward. Now the other one.

Natural Healing Wisdom

Accepting that your body contains healing wisdom is the next thing you must do.

The catch is that your body tries to listen to you, and adjust to the thoughts of your inmost heart. If the thoughts of your heart prompt your body to think badly of itself, you must learn to think new thoughts.

Strong Imaginations

We're going to learn to reach into the infinite to access energy that can build us up.

What Are You Imagining?

Each of us was created with an immense imagination. Even if we each can't make up wild stories, or paint surreal artwork, we can do our share to exercise imaginations of either healing, or damages.

And our bodies and energy fields are fine-tuned to respond to those imaginations.

Interdimensional Imagining Skills

In order for this process to work, you are going to have to allow your imagination to crash through some fences.

The Universe seems to be made up of layers of shifting, interactive dimensions, to which we contribute as mini-creators whenever we exercise our heart's imaginations.

We're going to exercise our privilege to imagine a dimension in which we exist without pain.

In order to do this, we must face the first fence. This fence is Physical Reality.

If you were abused in your physical reality, then you probably feel trapped by your body. There may be resentment and anger, at both yourself and others. This is okay for now. All we're going to do is imagine a place without pain.

I bet you've done this before.

Health must be defined in your own way, and may look different from someone else's definition. For me, health involves the privilege to Not Do...to rest, rejuvenate, feel, daydream, and allow my body to heal on a cellular level.

What Does Your No-Pain Place Look Like?

Begin by noticing the place in your mind where you go when you don't want to deal with stuff.

What does it look like? It can be anything.

It can be urban, or a forest; a sunrise-glazed plain, or a mountain cabin; an ocean or . . . out of this world.

The idea is to allow yourself to access the vision. Be there. Smell the air. Taste the foods or scents. Touch walls or trees or grass. Move around. Notice. Breathe.

Are there animals?

What plants grow nearby?

Do you hear people? If so, do they speak the same language as you?

What are you wearing in your vision?

What are you doing? Or what do you want to do?

Are your capabilities different than in normal life?

Feelings Are Allowed

As you notice the details of what you can and can't do, decide what you want to do. Do you want to run? Dance? Lie down on a bed or some grass? Swim? Sing? Laugh?

Perhaps you choose to be silent with your own thoughts. This is good. All emotions are good. Let yourself feel.

See what it feels like to do what you really want.

Rest is Good

What is your body telling you? Chances are very good it is asking for rest.

Allow it to rest if it wants to. This is your paradise. You call the shots.

My Forest

I have an inner world forest where I go to rejuvinate. I'll show you in a moment what it looks like.

I've been going there most of my life, but it took me until last year (2019) to realize its most life-giving feature:

An atmosphere that allows me to literally breathe in wellness and strength, with results similar to taking mega doses of vitamins C and B complex. The soil and grass, too, emit huge amounts of life-stabilizing energy, for which I don't have a name. It is a specific substance which doesn't seem to exist on earth.

Free Supplies of Perfect Nutrients

We need to digress for a few minutes while we talk about nutrients. This is going to be the actually life-changing, body transforming part of the work. So bear with me.

In many inner worlds, there are far more nutrients easily available than are left in our physical world. We will not discuss the reasons for widespread deficits in our soil and bodies, but we will talk about a way you can overcome these deficits--without touching your wallet.

As in my inner world forest, there are free energies representing nutrients, known and unknown, ad infinitum. These exist on earth, too. They are all around us.

Have you ever closed your eyes and seen rainbow patterns of dots in the darkness? What you are seeing is partially made up of free (unharnessed) energy.

All things, seen and unseen, have substance. Without getting bogged down in discussion, let me say that our physical forms are designed in the present time and state to interact with only a small part of the matter that exists. Basically, we are fragile. Our bodies are blown-glass butterflies, which can't handle too many weighty interactions.

No Divide

As children, many of us were taught that we aren't intended to interact with invisible energies and forces. This is an arbitrary conditioning born of fear of the unknown. It is my belief that we interact with such forces whether we intend to or not, so we might as well be proactive about it.

You know that feeling you get when a "strong personality" walks into the room? That's energy. Everyone emits an energy field, which science has determined to extend as many as 12 feet out from the heart core.

But what if, instead of trying to ignore or hide from these energy fields, we embraced them?

Nutrients have energy fields, too.

Teamwork Nutrients

Vitamins, minerals, and all other living substances each have their ideal functions, which are displayed physically by certain patterns of structures denoting a healthy, living design. This goes for people, too.

Just as you were created to do a job in such a way that no one else could do it as well, nutrients have their missions. And everyone's ultimate mission contributes to the wellbeing of others. We are designed to bless each other.

Why Isolation?

I grew dissatisfied with science's outdated isolation approach, and began asking to intuitively understand how nutrients were designed to interact in perfect settings. In other words, in a paradise where healing is spontaneous and complete, how do nutrients behave?

Though I have no way to perform lab work or make tests, I've been collecting answers for a few years now, and would like to share my results with you.

Nutritional Spheres of Blessings

Below is a sampling of what I am convinced certain vitamins, minerals, and other substances do in our bodies. I have no means to prove these hypothesis, and as such, cannot call them facts. I have found no studies specifically proving or disproving these intuitions. If you come across anything official, let me know.

  • Vitamin A--builds pleasant memories
  • B Complex--Vitamin B's help establish truth in the body and energy field systems.
  • Vitamin C causes negative emotion releases, and forcefully evicts negative emotions.
  • Calcium--Cements the bonds of love. When it collects in tissues inappropriately, there is no love in those tissues.
  • Copper--Separates out truth from fiction.
  • Chromium--Stabilizes my body's ability to take in Light.
  • Vitamin E--Stabilizes what The Body Systems have already learned.
  • Magnesium--holds everything together (physically).
  • Manganese--computes other needs, communicates them clearly to tissues.
  • Phosphorus--Collects good energy, and concentrates it where needed.
  • Zin--Prepares the body for changes and progress.
  • ? - mystery compound. Lengthens muscle fibers, causes tissues to relax. Works closely with Vitamin E. Encourages the systems to replace a harmful belief with a better, if not perfect, belief, leading to reduction of depression. Picks beliefs from what is already in available heart thoughts.

And finally--All inflammation is due to a lack of vitamins. Inflammation is literally a disease state, meaning the body acts under a lack of ease. All disease states stem from a lack of building materials, or an inability to build with what is available.

Accessing Invisible Abundance

Are you still in your safe inner paradise? Good. Stay there for a bit.

We're going to practice accessing and "ingesting" free nutrients.

Begin by picking an emotion or problem you would like to alter. Or, pick a nutrient from the list above.

Visualize having an abundance of it coming into your body, free for the asking.

This visualization may come in various forms. You may see yourself taking a tablet, or perhaps drawing in energy through your mouth or heart center. What color is the energy you are using?

Remember that there is as much of everything--or anything--as you need. Energy is abundant. It can be used, freed, trapped, and transmuted--but you cannot use it up. It is designed to be in a free flowing state, similar to a river.

So picture the energy river of Light and wellness flowing through your tissues and veins, erasing all the darkness and removing all forms of stagnation and pain.

For wellness to increase, light must increase. You must choose light.

The Role of Forgiveness

Are you determined to hold onto anger or regret? Then you will always be in pain.

Pain represents a lack of Light. It is darkness in a physically felt form.

Others have offered you enough darkness. Refuse to give yourself more. Choose Light. Choose forgiveness.

Are You Afraid to Forgive?

At this junction you must ask yourself:

  • Do I want to stay sick?
  • Has illness become a comfort zone I am willing to leave?
  • Am I willing to do what it takes to experience wellness?
  • Am I willing to grow, actively search for fuller perspectives, and redefine my reality to align with true wellness?

Bitterness Must Be Emptied From You

The role of forgiveness must not be overlooked. Without emptying your heart, mind, and body of bitterness, there can be no permanent truth or healing within you.

Healing Frequency Videos

The vitamin C video, and the one designed to assist you to free resentment, are examples of healing frequency videos. There are a ton online, with more being made every day.

There are different styles and types, covering almost every imaginable topic or problem. Headaches, menstrual cramps, joint pain, anxiety, and mental clarity are all covered, as are many more topics.

I encourage you to explore these videos, and find something that works for you. They are all based on various principles of vibrational energy, and how it interacts with our bodies and brains.

Since you are serious about healing, these videos are an easy tool to use. They may be used while studying, sleeping, or relaxing.

Some will work best if used while you are sleeping, as there are certain repairs that our bodies are designed to make only during sleep.

Practicing Healing

Timing

Healing may take only a few sessions for something relatively minor, to many months of daily (or frequent) sessions for deep or complex problems. But nothing is beyond reach.

Remember this truth:

If my body can allow something to be damaged, it also knows how to fix it, and has the means to do so.

Remember that these problems formed in layers, and they must come off in layers.

Staying the Course

Healing crisis may occur. This means that at times you may feel sicker before you feel better. This is especially true if you have years of toxic emotions or substances to get rid of. (Emotions and substances don't behave much differently, in my experience.)

Nightmares or vivid dreams can be expected as your body works to make changes, and your thoughts, known and unknown, begin to alter.

Extreme exhaustion may hit suddenly. This is your body telling you it's in the middle of a repair or release, and needs room to make it happen. Rest whenever you can. Eventually, the urge to sleep so much will grow less. In time, it may subside enough to give you your life back.

The Role of Intuition

Over time, as you continue to practice taking in free energy nutrients, your intuition will grow.

You will begin to know exactly what you need, even if you don't know what to call it. You will know when to pause or change what you are doing.

You will also begin to hear your body reacting and interacting with you. It may show you pictures in your mind of specific organs or systems that require healing. It may gravitate toward different foods or environments than you are used to, including social.

It will tell you in many different ways whether you are on the right track, or how to alter your course to achieve super-wellness.

Please Research

Finally, don't be afraid to research nutritional supplements and wellness from every standpoint. The more you know in your brain, the more likely it is that you will make useful correlations, and receive prompt intuitions.

Multiple Bodies?

Your physical body is only one aspect of your existence. In a normal, healthy person, there are as many as fifteen energetic and different bodies, each with their own purposes, which together make up you. These include our emotional and pain bodies, our soulish aspects, and our links to the Creator and each other.

Some of us have even more energy bodies, depending on the state of our souls in relation to trauma, and our level of compassion and connectedness.

For these reasons, we find it best to state bodies and beings in the plural when developing or using affirmations, or communicating with your body in any way.

Our Conditions and Qualifications

In case you missed our intro before, we are an autistic DID System who have spent years exploring how trauma affects our ability to live our best life and act on our deepest needs. We have no official diagnosis, and no legal qualifications to offer advice or training on mental health conditions. Conversely, we have a decade of experience managing our Dissociative Identity Disorder, as well as about four years working to understand our autism.
