Obesity leads to Fatigue and Less-productive Life

The owner of the self-improvement research organization, I write on several topics mainly, lifestyle, health, economy, and current affairs.

The Associated Health Risks of Obesity

In the present urban lifestyle, people do not consider obesity as a chronic disease, whereas, the reality is completely different from this perception. There are numerous researches revealed that obesity is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. Obese people may suffer in terms of numerous health issues, such as low energy, fatigue, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, bone and joint diseases, and more. In addition to this, obese people may suffer not only in their personal life, but it also can create problems in professional life. While accomplishing the responsibilities of your daily routine, you must have sufficient energy because unless and until you possess low energy and fatigue you will not be able to execute responsibility in an appropriate and efficient manner (Kelishadi, 2014). Therefore, in order to overcome the obesity issue, you just need to have a proper understanding and road map to apply, so that you will be able to undertake appropriate actions for tackling this chronic disease.

Obesity and its Impact on Personal and Professional Life

According to numerous reports of World's health institutions, obese people are less productive and low resilient while executing their responsibility at work, and because of low energy, they unable compete with their competitors at work. Furthermore, the negative impact of obesity is not limited to personal and professional life even, it may trigger mental illness and destroy social life and relationships, and this is why people must take this issue seriously. However, as far as the current era is concerned, this present era is filled with the extra-ordinary hectic and competitive schedule, thereby, in order to survive in this era and to compete with other competitors in professional life, people must have good health. It is a recognized fact that health is a decisive factor to be productive and resilient at work, thereby, in order to bring improvement in the personal and professional life obese people must bring lifestyle change not only in terms of activities but also regarding diet selection (Kudel, Huang & Ganguly, 2018).

Apart from obesity in adults, this issue is taking place in children and teenagers as well because junk food is extremely common in our urban lifestyle. In addition to this, children have junk and starchy foods while seating in front of computers and using a laptop. In fact, children are less attracted towards sports and physical activities and they have replaced physical activities by games addiction. However, in the case of children, the main responsibility is imposed on parents because they must intervene by guiding children and changing their lifestyle. As a result, the obesity is detrimental for both generations whether they are adults or children, as I mentioned that adults suffer in terms of execution of responsibilities, likewise, children also suffer in obtaining an education (Bhadoria et al., 2015).

Practical Criteria to Overcome Obesity by Embracing Lifestyle Change

Here I want to suggest several practical steps to transform your health which is as follows.

Primarily, you need to be a health conscious and be serious about your health.

Another important element is diet awareness and understanding of food selection in breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Wyatt, 2013).

Avoid junk food, soft drinks and add vegetables and fruits in your daily food consumption.

The third step of obesity control is a lifestyle change, thereby; you need to take proper sleep, less spending time on social media, and enhance your physical activities as much as possible.

The fourth major step is cardio through walking or running at least 45 minutes during a day.

Above all, eat whole grain foods because it will reduce your weight, and will rehabilitate energy by eliminating constipation and providing the essential need of fiber to the body.
