8 Ways to Prove Yourself in Difficult Situations

I have learned a lot from life. If sharing makes someone's life better, why not?

Accept what is and forget what was.

Accept what is and forget what was.

In Difficult Situations of Life

Sometimes life makes you feel you have nothing important. You think your existence is a burden and of no use. When you don't find a way out of difficulties, and when people make you feel that someone is better than you. Or you may be mocked for not being able to work. Have you ever tried to ask yourself who you are? What you want to be, and what people have made of you? Let's try to find the answers to these questions.

1. Accept Yourself As You Are

I'm not like that. Why I can't do this? Often such questions grab your attention. The thing is to recognize and acknowledge yourself. And that will become your great strength. You are special, and there are many purposes hidden in your being. The most important thing to bring contentment and peace to your life is to perceive yourself as you are. You don't have to change yourself for someone. The one who needs you will love you as you are. You can bring change and prove yourself with your unique talent. Don't forget that you are created with a distinct and special set of talents that no one else's has.

One thing that I want to add here; no one is perfect, and every human has some imperfections. So instead of dwelling on the things that you can't improve, accept them as they are.

Identify your speciality.

Identify your speciality.

When you know yourself, you are empowered. When you accept yourself, you are invincible.

2. Why You Need Someone Else's Approval

It's an undeniable truth that we live our lives for others. To some extent, it is indispensable for the sake of peace and harmony. But it doesn't mean we always have to sacrifice ourselves for others' life. In our whole life, when we tried to be exceptional for others—get nothing in return. So why don't we try to be outstanding for ourselves? For that, we have to get rid of what people are saying. Just strive to be exceptional for yourself. Do what you want and bring confidence to your life. When you try to make your own decisions, which are for your well-being, you realize that you have done something right for yourself. You can't make everyone happy. Even if you try to make them happy, you discover this is impossible.

Happiness is when you feel optimistic about yourself, and there is no need for anyone else's approval. The one who cares about people's approval becomes their prisoner.

3. Identify Your Specialty and Own It

I believe we always have our special strengths and abilities. The most beautiful fact of life is that nature endows man with certain qualities. Sometimes man overpowers his failures so much that he can not recognize his special qualities. Examine yourself and determine your destination. And you will find yourself capable of bringing out your inner skills. And when you recognize your specialty, you will move towards your destination with confidence instead of stumbling. You must have your own identity. The only thing you need is to know yourself.

4. Never Let Someone Bring You Down

You are not someone's property, and no one reserves the right to humiliate you. It is up to you to decide what you are and what you ought to be. There are people who never seem to see the positive side of anything and are vocal about the problems they perceive. They always complain about their lives and world. And they may complain about you. But they never find a problem in themselves. Be prepared for these situations, and when someone tries to knock you down, you should know how to stand on your own feet. And that is possible only when you have self-confidence and self-knowledge. So don't let anyone bring you so low because life is short. Don't waste it trying to prove anything to them. If you want to prove anything, then prove it to yourself and do your own accounting. Try to be the best person, be strong and say goodbye to those people who want to bring you down. Wish them good luck as well. After all, they've made you a stronger person.

5. Live a Life With Zest

Zest means living life with full energy, enthusiasm, and anticipation. It gives positive energy to our souls. It is one of the 24 strengths possessed by humanity. Perform your tasks wholeheartedly—being vivacious and energetic. It also gives you motivation in challenging situations. While living life with zest, we can enjoy a satisfying life. Most often, as we grow older, joy and zest for life fade away. We feel disconnected and numb from within, and our inner light has been snuffed out. There are little things that can bring a change to our lives. For example, feel the touch of the breeze on your skin, listen to the sound of the beautiful birds singing, and watch the patterns of the stars in the sky. All these things are joyful and will nurture your soul.

6. Don't Compromise on Your Individuality

Often lost in the clutter of life, we lose our individual thinking and personality. And our individuality hides in many layers of life. Our individuality is not a bet; it is to harmonize our self-identity into a formidable strength. How to recognize and exploit your power—no one knows better than you. The thing is to realize that the most important relationship that you are seeking is the relationship with yourself. Try to strengthen this relationship. After this, everything will ultimately fall into place.

Never give up your independence of judgment. Cultivate your inner voice and see the actual qualities behind all things.

7. Positive Self-Talk

Positive self-talk means treating yourself politely—with kindness and compassion. It is an important tool for increasing your self-confidence. It is said that a person who has a high level of thinking does a great job. But often we get frustrated with the little things we can't do. There are endless things in life. If you can't do one, don't think you can't do anything. Broaden your horizons and think of something bigger. It doesn't matter if your wishes don't come true. Think that there is something special about you. It strengthens your willpower.

Your soul doesn't start to live until you start to live for something bigger than yourself.

Your soul doesn't start to live until you start to live for something bigger than yourself.

8. Count Your Blessings and Value Them

There are countless blessings in our lives. Blessing is also a condition that shows that God loves us. But it doesn't mean that one who is not blessed with something can't be a favorite man of God. It simply means God knows the best, and He must give you what is suitable for you. Unfortunately, many of us don't value our blessings. Take a moment to count your blessings and note all the beautiful things in your life. Just count them, and you will find hundreds of reasons to be thankful.

I cried when I had no shoes, but I stopped crying when I saw a man without legs

Life is full of blessings, sometimes we don't value them.

Final Thoughts

If you want to live a happy life, you must look at the events from which you went through. Where did you go wrong? You need to know this. Because life is a lesson for you. If you want to learn something, make sure you don't give up and perceive yourself as you are. Because life is like flowers, but with flowers there are thorns. If you want to protect yourself from these thorns, you have to walk carefully. Love, goodness, and self-confidence are the weapons that will help you overcome the most difficult stage.
