Few natural ways to induce labor
You term is approaching or even has passed and anxiety start to lurked gradually and cover you.
Although in theory, doctors can wait until two weeks after the term is due, most tried to help induce labor. But there are alternative methods with which you can accelerate the process.
Indeed, the due day may be wrongly placed and depends on the doctor's professionalism but also the information you have given, and physiological characteristics that influenced the time of conception. Medical stimulation with drugs, pills and systems is justified only if the baby heartbeat slow down, if bleeding or anything else that threatens life and health of mother and baby. In other cases you can safely wait until the baby decides to come out. However, if you worry that doctors will not have patience to wait, or you are not comfortable with it, you can take advantage of traditional medicine and homeopathy.
But before you use any natural labor induction variation listed below, you must consult your doctor or homeopath.
Raspberry leaf tea
It is frequently used in midwifery practice in the U.S. and Scandinavia. It is famous for its properties for natural labor induction. Tea from the leaves of raspberry tones the muscles of the pelvis and uterus so they contract more easily.
Enema is absolutely painless and very useful procedure. Peristalsis affects the smooth muscle of the back wall of the uterus. Water should be about 25 degrees. Enema helps inducing labor naturally.
Castor oil affects the smooth muscles, causing contractions. Put together 100 g castor oil and 100 g apple juice. Mixed them well, castor oil is not very pleasant to taste. The body will cleanse itself, but at the same time will cause contractions and therefore help induce labor.
Olive oil has a laxative effect and the ability to increase elasticity of the tissues and to prepare the cervix and vagina for childbirth. It is recommended to drink one teaspoon of pure virgin olive oil three times a day during meals may help inducing labor naturally.
Spicy food stimulates the beginning of the birth process. Exactly how does it, it is not yet clear, but have many cases in which eating a spicy food causes contractions.
Stimulation of nipples
Body stimulation of the nipples provokes release of the hormone oxytocin, which causes cervical muscle cramps.
Seminal fluid contains sex prostaglandin which acts relaxing and helps to smooth the cervix and uterus. Moreover, during intercourse levels of oxytocin increases and orgasm causes uterine cramps.
Light exercises can help. Going up and down stairs, light gymnastics, and dance, particularly Oriental is advised. Furthermore, all active movements accelerate metabolism, and all other processes in the body, and the supply of oxygen is more effective.
Everybody knows that before birth a woman experiences so-called nesting syndrome. Began to clean and ordered home, feel a desire to fix everything to be ready for the new family member. This cleaning helps to faster delivery, especially arm up and down, such as washing windows or cabinets when activating the abdominal muscles.
Anothernatural way to induce labor is Visualization. Everyone knows that everything starts in our brain. Medicine has shown that birth begins after a command from the brain to release a certain hormones in our body, this happens in both mother and baby. The scientists, however, cannot explain fully, what launches the process. The important thing is that you can imagine the birth contractions, how the baby descends down and turned into the most favorable position. Concentrated thinking and positive visualization of the process may help.
Prenatal communication has long been proven as an effective method of influence between mother and baby. There is not only biological but also emotional connection between them. So do your best to calm, to convey peace and love to the baby and urged him to come into the world.
Again before you use any natural labor induction variation listed above, you must consult your doctor or homeopath.

I am having a repeat c-section in 9 weeks so I've never experienced actual contractions or having to endure this natural induction idea, but I find it fascinating to read about because it is an experience that I will likely never have. You're always curious about the unknown, right? Of course, my son is already so low in my pelvis and causing me such pain and discomfort that, if he does decide to attempt an early entrance, I doubt I will have much time to get to the hospital before he comes out naturally. Thanks for sharing.
