In these dangerous times when the Corona Virus Covid 19 is on a rampage, killing thousands round the world, no cure has been announced yet by the WHO. Desperation is causing people to drink bleach among other things to beat the virus.

While there may not be a cure at the moment (and may never be in case this is a bio weapon) it is possible to boost immunity so that we may prevent infection. Read on to discover a simple, effective and cheap way to improve your immunity from my teacher Professor Ajay Mishra. I have attended three colour therapy courses by him here in Bangalore.

How I Discovered Colour Therapy or Chromotherapy

I got interested in colour as therapy when I stumbled across the well known Mindvalley coach Donna Eden who teaches Energy Medicine. There are several videos of her on YouTube.

Delving deeper into her methods, I saw that she uses colour to heal. She diagnoses illnesses and weaknesses in the body by using muscle testing. After which she shines a flashlight through coloured pieces of glass or acrylic onto the relevant acupuncture points on the body.

She even drapes areas of the body with coloured scarves. When you watch videos of her workshops, you can see for yourself the instant change that takes place in the body. Eden checks again via muscle testing to determine the changes.

Colour Therapy is Not New

There is evidence of the use of colours for healing by ancient Egyptians,Greeks and the Chinese. Johann Wolfgang Goethe published his ‘The Theory of Colour’ in 1810. The book detailed his findings regarding the effects of colour on the body.

Dr. Edwin Babbit’s ‘Principals of Light and Colour’ in 1878 explored various ways of healing with colour. In 1932 it was scientifically demonstrated by psychologists in California that blue light calms while red stimulates.

Newborns today suffering from neonatal jaundice are still placed under blue light known as ‘bili lights’. This prevents them from developing brain damage and other negative medical conditions.

The Indian scientist Dinshah Ghadiali published ‘The Spectro Chrometry Encyclopedia’ in 1933 which became a bible on colour therapy. While the American Dr. Harry Spitler introduced ‘Syntonics’, a technique which caused both physical and emotional changes in subjects using coloured light.

Colour Therapy to Prevent Covid 19 Infection

Professor Ajay Mishra has been practising colour therapy for several years A humanitarian and extremely generous man, he regularly appears on TV to offer colour cures for people who call in. You can find him on YouTube too.

To prevent the Corona Virus Covid 19 infection, all you need is a black sketch pen. Just follow the point placement shown in the picture. All areas of the body are represented on various areas of the hands. There are acupuncture points on the hands which relate to organs in the body.

As he says in his book ‘Healing with Colours’, ‘The colours are applied at a specific energy point and they penetrate the skin to alter the energy point underneath, thus providing the appropriate healing to the ailment.

‘Once administered, the person can continue with daily chores. The treatment is carried out using sketch pens or markers.. However, if one is able to find natural colours which are free of chemicals or are non-toxic, the effect would be at its best.I have witnessed instant results in patients using colour.’

How Long the Colour Should Remain on Your Hands

The colour black which you will use to prevent the Covid 19 infection should stay on your hands for a minimum of 4-6 hours daily for a month. After this period, the Doctor promises that you will be protected from the attack of any virus for at least a couple of years.

Reapply the colour when it washes off. Ensure you apply the colour during daylight hours or at least in artificial light. The treatment requires light. Try and spend at least 20 minutes in the sunlight with the colour on your hands if you can for best results.

Great to see helpful suggestions like this, Anita. Thank you. This is not the time for people to be cynical and dismissive. Alternative therapies are the only possibility in today's world. Faced with coronavirus, any chance of help is better than no chance.
