Natural Shingles Remedy: Lemon Balm and More

Shingles is a painful outbreak of blisters on the skin caused by the same virus responsible for the chicken pox. If you've had chicken pox before, you can develop shingles later in life. The outbreak typically occurs in an isolated area on one side of the body, and begins with an itching or tingling sensation. Soon after, blisters erupt and cause severe pain, itching and swelling. Although there are topical creams available by prescription, a natural shingles remedy will work more gently and without side effects. Try one of these treatments for shingles relief if the pain has become unbearable.

Thanks for the suggestion.

DMSO (extract from lumber mill pulp) can get in there and relieve them as well.
