Anyway, our thoughts influence us a lot. I remember I used to hear this a lot a few years ago in some consultations with psychologists. They used to say: good thoughts produce good deeds. Especially people dealing with anxiety or depression or some other type of mental disorder need to deal with that kind of thinking. All of us, at one time or another, will go through this. Negative thoughts about yourself can destroy your self-esteem, self-confidence, peace, and joy. The point is: negative thoughts are dangerous. Do not let that kind of thought weigh on your heart. It will be hard to deal with that later. If you know someone who has negative thoughts, or if this is the case, what can you do to get through this situation? Speak. Yes, speak all your negative thoughts out loud, whether with your parents, partner, friend, or a trusted person, but do not stop talking. Speak up, say to someone you trust, and open your heart. Empty your heart. When you feel like cutting yourself, take a breath and do something else. You need to vent all your thoughts and feelings in those moments, so take a walk, listen to music, dance if you like dancing, call a friend or draw if you enjoy it. The pain can be so great, and the thoughts can be so strong that they can lead a person to take their own life. Depression and other disorders affect the life of a person and are not easy to deal with them. People who have tried to commit suicide need to talk with someone, and more than that, they need all the support and love. When thinking about suicide, think for a moment just about all the happy moments you have ever lived. The pain can be so great. And because it is emotional pain, no one can see it. But always remember that no pain lasts forever. This pain will pass, this moment will pass, and everything will be better. Do not give up. Do not give up on yourself and the people you love. It will bring joy and also help with positive thinking. Hug a person you love, say love you to someone, be kind to a stranger or take a look at nature, see how many amazing things there are around you. These little actions can and will help you stay positive. When you fill your mind with positive things, it's even easier to think positive thoughts. A good thing that anyone can do is smile, say good morning or good afternoon to other people. With these small actions, you will make your life more positive and pass positivity to other people.
