How Safe are Microwaves

How Safe are Microwaves?

It's an understatement when I say millions of people still use microwaves.

Microwaves are everywhere. They are in our homes, offices, schools, hotels, restaurants, athletic clubs, and college dorms.

So, it makes sense to use a microwave because of our busy lifestyles. Even though they save us time or are convenient in preparing our meals, they are detrimental to our longevity and overall health.

My daughter did an experiment that proved microwaved water and microwaved food were not healthy for the body.

I also gathered factual data on the dangers of microwave usage. The information supports my daughter's experiment.

The data was strong enough to toss my household microwave in the garbage and share the information with you.

Please take a moment, read this article and decide if you, too, should toss your microwave in the garbage.

Research Information

Russian forensic groups have researched since 1957 the effects microwave has on food. Here is a view of their critical observations:

  • Individuals who ingested microwave foods displayed a statistically higher occurrence of stomach and intestinal cancers.
  • Research indicated that ingesting microwaved foods causes a gradual breakdown of the digestive and excretory systems' function.
  • Microwave food causes lymphatic malfunctions triggering a decline in the immune system.
  • Microwaving food significantly reduces the nutritional worth of food. The process of microwaving food removes vitamins B, C, and E as well as essential minerals.
  • Microwaving food increases cancer-causing free radicals and cancerous cells in the blood serum.
  • Microwaved meats contain d-nitrosodiethanolamine, a well-known cancer-causing substance.

"I was quite stunned to see the tomatoes watered with microwave water grew into deformed vegetables. Not a sight that gives confidence to using a microwave."

Plant Experiment

Microwave Water

It might be hard for you to imagine what a microwave can do with a cup of water. I will explain it as best I can for you to understand. Microwaves create a reverse polarity effect on water and come into play when one end of a water molecule is positive, and the other is negative.

When you turn on the microwave, the water vibrates, and the positive end becomes negative, while the negative end becomes positive. It continues going back and forth during the whole duration of the microwaving as the water vibrates. As a result, the molecules are ripped apart and deformed. The cells lose their electrical charge created from our energy fields.

A friend of mine and her son performed a science experiment for his science class. Together they grew three sets of tomatoes, and each plant received a different quality of water. One group received faucet water, one with purified water and the other with microwave water. You know the end of this experiment. The tomatoes watered with microwaved water grew into deformed vegetables. The other tomatoes grew just fine. I was pretty stunned to see how twisted the plants grew. Not a pretty sight.

Winds of Change

Microwave Breast Milk or Baby Formula

A mother or father should never microwave her breast milk and baby formulas. Microwaves alter electronic fields and food and cause digestion problems and additional body problems.

Stanford University Medical Center discovered that human breast milk only slightly warmed in the microwave had 96% of its liposome activity wiped out. Liposome inhibits bacterial infections.

Not only that, microwaving baby formulas converts the amino acid L-proline to d-isomer, an element poisonous to the nervous system.

Weight Loss

If you are interested in losing weight, you should shun the microwave like most Americans need to do. Lipotropics are substances that counteract the abnormal accumulation of fat. When you microwave food, you substantially decrease the lipotropics.

Not only that, microwaving baby formulas converts the amino acid L-proline to d-isomer, an element poisonous to the nervous system.

Radiation and Microwaves

Radiation emits from the microwave, and it is dangerous to the body. Radiation emitted from the nuke box adversely affects the entire body – metabolic, nervous, hormonal, circulatory, and digestive systems.

When the microwave is on, please don’t stare at it in hopes of nuking your food faster. Getaway, at least 3 feet, and stay away for at least 15 minutes after it has been turned off.

Microwave Radiation

The next time you decide to use the microwave, ask yourself if it is worth it to endanger your health with the radiation.

Once the microwave is gone, you will adjust accordingly and wonder what was so special about nuking your food.

We use a toaster oven at home and a cast-iron skillet for quick meals by steaming vegetables with water.

Marsha,

Thank you for posting your comments. I will look over his article, but I found several studies that back up my findings. Once I got rid of my microwave oven, my food tasted so much better.

Thank you for the edit suggestions. They are helpful.

Your poll needs a maybe I'd consider the possibility of throwing out my microwave. I may do the watering of the plants experiment to see for myself the results first.

You may want to edit one word. You used 'site' when you should have 'sight'. It's the last word before your poll.

I happened to see a related hub in the sidebar of this one and checked that one out too. You may want to read it as he did more research on the research itself. https://delishably.com/cooking-equipment/The-Myths...

Also, I've been using a microwave oven for at least twenty to thirty years and I have no adverse health issues like the ones that are supposed to be fairly common.
