The word ‘manifestation' means to create something or turn something from an idea into a reality. In psychology, manifestation generally means using our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to bring something to our physical reality. But even this definition of manifestation doesn't fully get at what manifestation is.

Keep in mind: It doesn't happen overnight. Although manifesting is about turning your dreams into reality, it does require you to take proactive steps toward whatever it is you desire. How to set intentions that actually work?

  1. Get clear on a positive focus- think about something you want, rather than something you don't. Whatever you focus on seems to expand itself.
  2. Commit to a length of time for working with this intention. My recommendation is you commit yourself for one month.
  3. Recommit to your intention everyday. Continue to commit to your intention till you see the change you desire.
  4. Let your intention teach you by checking in: Ask yourself does what I am doing align me with what I desire?

Nothing works quicker to make significant change in your life than a strong goal.

A goal is something that centers your energy toward a craving.

It's an approach to welcoming the universe to direct you there such that will surprise and please you.
