Learn Some Home Remedies For Irregular Period Problems

Hope everybody is well. Today I came up with another article among you. Today I will tell you about some home remedies for irregular period problems. Many people may sometimes miss the period, but it is always too late. Usually, a lot of stress, hard work, weakness, any major change in life journey can cause irregular periods. Many times the problem of irregular periods is solved in some way at home. But if it does not work, you must go to the doctor.

1. Ginger:

Ginger helps to correct irregular periods as well as reduce abdominal pain during periods. Boil half a teaspoon of ginger in a cup of water for 6 to 7 minutes. Then add a little sugar or honey. Then strain the mixture. This mixture should be taken three times a day for a month.


2. Turmeric:

Mix 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder with light hot milk. Eat while still warm. Playing every day will notice a change.

3. Basil Leaves:

Mix one teaspoon of basil leaf juice and one teaspoon of honey with a little black pepper powder and eat twice a day.


Cinnamon helps to reduce abdominal pain during irregular periods as well as during periods. You can eat half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder mixed with milk. Or you can give cinnamon with regular tea.

5. Carrots:

Carrots are a good source of iron, which helps the body's hormonal function to function properly. In the case of irregular periods, one glass of carrot juice should be consumed daily for three months.


6. Vitamin C:

Vitamin C is very important in the problem of irregular periods. Include plenty of vitamin C-rich foods in the diet from the week before the period.

Here Are Some Things To Keep In Mind:

Maintaining good body weight, regular light exercise, eating healthy foods, smoking or not drinking any other alcoholic beverages, etc.

However, the solutions mentioned above are purely domestic. If there is no major physical problem, the results will be available in two months. But if you have been having irregular periods for a long time, you must consult an experienced doctor.
