1. Change Your Clothes
They say clothes make the man, or woman. Skinwalkers wore animal skins to look more like animals, and also to fool animals and share their point of view. If you literally want to look like an animal, then wear the skin of an animal or body paint; but if you actually want to transform yourself so you can interact like a powerful animal, put on some clothes that you don't normally wear to change your appearance. What you wear influences your feelings, your thoughts, your actions, and the way people and animals interact with you. If you're wearing sloppy or disheveled clothes, you may feel sloppy or disheveled. If you're wearing a sharp, clean outfit, you may find yourself feeling more sharp.
2. Give Yourself a Makeover
Give yourself a makeover if you want to change the way you look. You can change your hair, nails, skin, put on makeup, wear accessories, etc. This will easily make you look, feel, and act like a new person. Other people will treat you differently. Test out different looks to see what works for you.
3. Mirror the Behavior of Others
To begin a transformation, you can mirror the behavior of others who you want to be more like. This applies to every little thing. Mimic body language, muscle tension, breathing, speech, and gestures. Focus on who or what you are trying to copy and do what they do as soon as they do it. But limit how much mirroring you do in public. Emotions are not just felt, they are seen. People look happy, sad, mad, relaxed, stressed, confident, nervous or scared. When their emotional state changes it is like they are a different person. Imagine that you are an angry person, become that person and look at yourself in the mirror. Then do it with the other emotional states. It is easy to do if you practice. 5. Change Your Spine
You can actually change your spine if you try. This can result in a different way of walking or just better posture in general. The spine is not just a big bone. You can bend your spine and it can become longer or smaller because it has joints. Good or bad, your posture changes your appearance and the way you feel. Slouch for a few minutes paying attention to how you look and feel. Then, spend time sitting up straight. There's a difference, right? Make yourself taller by stretching more often.
6. Change the Size of Your Muscles
You have muscles over most of your body. When your muscles change in size and shape, your body does too. Exercise the muscle more or less to change its size. I wanted bigger forearms, so I exercised my forearms. I wanted wider shoulders and a wider thicker back, so I worked out those muscles. Do a push-ups routine five days a week for four weeks to become bigger and stronger. Do finger push-ups to make your fingers more claw-like. Depending on what you want to change or improve, there is likely an exercise for it.
7. Psych Yourself Up
Berserkers were warriors who worked themselves into a frenzy. They became enraged. You can temporarily increase your strength, endurance, speed, and confidence by psyching yourself up. Focus on accomplishing a task and get really angry and into it. Once the task is completed, calm down. The anger will help you go into survival mode, triggering the fight response. I sometimes use it while exercising. The key is to only enter the frenzy for short periods of time. You don't want to get used to being angry all the time; most of the time you should be relaxed.
8. Lose or Gain Fat
A person who gains or loses a lot of fat will end up looking, thinking, and acting differently than they did before. They become a new person with the new weight loss or gain. This can be attributed to confidence or just in general how a new look will make someone feel. You can achieve this if you consume more calories than you burn or burn more calories than you consume. To lose fat, try exercises that burn the most calories per minute, drinking mostly water and cutting down on the junk food.
9. Imagine You're Someone or Something Else
People imagine that they are someone or something else all the time . Close your eyes and daydream—everyone does it. But take fantasy a step further by actually becoming more like another person, a person on TV for example. Think, feel, breathe, and act like they would. Take on the attributes you want.
10. Reprogram Yourself
You have behavior patterns that you repeat over and over again. Some are good and some are bad. Change your habits and associations to change who you are. Programming a person or animal requires repetition or a very memorable event. Repeat statements and actions until you form a new habit or association. For example, I kept telling myself that sitting on the couch is boring and that I like to exercise while I watch TV. Now, I associate watching TV with exercise and sitting on the couch with being bored.

If you actually take the steps you need to take then it actually works. You need to take action. Wishing or daydreaming is not enough. It is possible to turn into an object or animal that is not listed here but you need to really want to. Take the steps you need to take to prove to yourself that it is possible.

You can turn into another person. Some actors do it temporarily. Think and act like a different person. Do things to change your appearance. I have not tried shapeshifting spells. They could help but you would still need to work at it. As far as I now spells are similar to affirmations and visualization. They don't magically physically transform you like in a fantasy movie.
