Physical activity has a strong link to depression, anxiety, stress reactivity, mood state, self-esteem, premenstrual syndrome, and body image.

Maintain a positive attitude while having fun: A better cognitive frame of mind is essential. Find a hobby that you believe is entertaining. If you choose something similar, you are more likely to stick with it. Some people find it more enjoyable to exercise alongside someone else, while others prefer to exercise alone. Do whatever you believe is best for you. You'll be able to play a musical instrument. This will affect your overall well-being.
