Mental health is related to the state of our psychological and social well-being. It affects our brain that how we feel and think.

Mental health is defined as a state of well-being in which every person realizes his own potential, can cope with the normal problems of life, can work productivity, and is able to make a contribution to his community.

WHICH THINGS MAKES YOUR MIND INACTIVE

Eating too little or too much

Sleeping too little and too much

Feeling angry and upset

Fighting with someone

Lacking energy

The ways to improve your mind sickness and the ways how you can improve your mental sickness.

EXERCISE

When you’re suffering and struggling through stress and depression exercise plays an important role in your life. It helps to make your mind fresh and healthy and improve your sleep as well. Exercise increase your body’s production of endorphins which can improve your mind and you feel fresh.

Even the 30 minutes of walking on daily basis can improve your brain functioning and reduce stress. And for healthy adults amounts exercise is 150 minutes per week of moderate activity.

STOP PROCRASTINATING

The longer you put off your task and delay it without any reason. Or you think that you’re afraid about to doing it may be you have potentially debilitating. Stop thinking about all these things ease your mind ease your stress by listening to music or whatever in which you feel comfortable than tackle the task.

STOP USING DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

Drugs and alcohol makes your mind dull and sick. Stop these all kinds of things that’s makes you lazy and that’s why you don’t achieve your success. Just focus on your goal that what you what to achieve in your life. If you fail to get somethings don’t engage yourself with any kinds of drugs. Try to do it again.

DON’T ENGAGE YOUR SELF WITH TOXIC RELATIONSHIP

When you are in a relationship with someone who constantly puts you down and feels you depressed and anxious. Without caring of that person just get out yourself from that kind of relationship. Take helps from your family members about this concern if you want about your partner.

SLEEP PROPERLY

Doctors suggest that every human need 7-8 hours sleep in night. So make sure that you should sleep not too much or not too little. Your body can’t function properly if you don’t get proper sleep or less than 7 hours. Too much sleep makes you lazy and dull so avoid this kind of sleep too that’s makes your body and brain lazy.

THINK POSITIVE

If you think positive everything is going to be good and run in a positive way. Positive thinking keeps your mind at good things so you are not to indulge yourself into bad things. Positive thinking keeps your mind fresh and away from all depression and anxiety.

MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

In friends, family, study and work while keeping everyone happy but you can neglect yourself. So make time for yourself too and keep your elf alone for sometime and do things for yourself think about yourself that includes your career, your future. Its keeps anxiety and depression at bay.

TAKE TIME OUT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA

Cellphones, tablets and laptops can overstimulate our brain, and if we spend most of time on it then you won’t be doing your mental health. Plan a schedule for use all these digital devices and use it on that hours only.

PRACTICE GRATITUDE

One great way to combat negative thinking is by practicing gratitude. There are numerous ways to practice gratitude every day. Explore the picture you’re grateful for, such as health and family as well as every small thing that you have but someone not have. So be great full to your God for everything that you have.

DON’T REGRET WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IN PAST

What you can done before in your past. Don’t regret that because that time passed away try to live in your present. If you can do something good in your present everything will be good in future. When you don’t remember that time you never feel anxiety and depression.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

Drinking water about 7-8 liters is very necessary in daily routine. Drinking plenty of water makes your mind fresh and healthy. It also includes juices, milk shakes that’s keep your mind healthy and active.
