How to Stop Foot and Leg Swelling Naturally
Natural Anti-Inflammitory for Leg and Foot Swelling.
There are many things that can contribute to the swelling of feet or legs. With either of these ailments, it can be extremely uncomfortable and painful. This recipe is a wrap that apply to your legs and feet to alleviate your pain.
Ingredients:
1 large sized potato
red cabbage leaves
Anti-inflammatory leaves such as chick weed, sweet clover, plantain, madwort, or alder leaves.
First you want to shred the potato. Than finely chop the anti-inflammatory leaves of your choice. Now mix the two together. Lay the cabbage leaves out on a flat surface.
If you're going to be applying it to your foot, one large leaf should be sufficient. for the legs you will need 4-6 large cabbage leaves. Spread out the mixture onto the cabbage leaves, in about a 1/2 inch thickness.
Now just wrap it around your foot or leg. Secure the cabbage with gauze or tape.
Leave on for 1 - 3 hours

Now just wrap around your foot or leg, or if there is a specific area you can apply a good quantity to the area and then wrap the cabbage leaves around it. Secure the cabbage with gauze or tape. Leave on for 1 - 3 hours
