In this modern world the most dangerous and silent killer is stress. No doubt, We are living in a stressful time. It is obvious now, more than ever, we need every natural stress reliever out there, at this time to stay healthy.

If you do not pay attention, stress might be responsible for causing

  • digestive conditions
  • constant headaches
  • depression

and in the long run triggering hundreds of different health conditions, like

  • heart disease
  • high blood pressure
  • cholesterol
  • type 2 diabetes and much more.

If it is left untreated it can cause constant headaches, poor sex drives, constipation, obesity.

In this article i am going to share with you some natural stress relievers, you can try to stay relax, healthy and stress free.

To make lettuce tea, you need 2 cups of water and 4-5 lettuce leaves. In a pan add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil, and then add lettuce leaves to the pan. Allow it to simmer for 20 minutes or till the water gets half in proportion.

B-Complex Formulas
