Aside from the specific protocol above, you can increase testosterone by following a few more simple guidelines.

1) Eat Healthy Fats: Avocadoes and almonds are great sources of mon- and polyunsaturated fats. It is saturated fat however that is crucial to boosting testosterone. Research shows that a diet with less than 40 percent of energy as fat (and that mainly from animal sources, i.e. saturated) lead to a decrease in testosterone levels.

It will certainly increase your caloric intake. I'm not a calorie counter though, I care more about the type of food that I consume as opposed to the quantity. In my experience, eating quality saturated fat like that in grassfed butter has had only beneficial effects. Of course, it never hurts to get tested.

Interesting hub; but a tablespoon of butter twice per day sounds like an awful lot. It will greatly increase overall calorie intake. Have you tried this?
