Hypertension is the medical name for high blood pressure. It causes high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, and sometimes death. Blood pressure is the pressure that works against the blood vessels of a human being. This pressure depends on how much blood veins resist and how hard the heart works to withstand this pressure. High blood pressure is a major risk to the heart.

Keeping blood pressure under control is essential for a healthy life. In this article, we will look at the reasons for the increase in blood pressure as well as ways to monitor and keep it within normal limits.

Mother's Stress On The Baby's Growth

The growth process of the child in the mother is very surprising, which is as if it resembles the construction of a building. The process of dividing cells from an egg at a continuous and rapid pace gradually varies from organ to limb. The most important brain in all of this is our control centre. In the womb, the brain is making thousands of cells per minute before birth.

These cells eventually establish an electronic communication relationship with each other. Children are related to the mother with the anvil drain through which not only food but also basic hormones, proteins, and growth factors reach the child. That's why the mother's immune system is getting somewhat weaker these days. Our immune system creates antibodies against new substances.

At the same time, the cytokines can also increase. All of them cause inflammation in the body. Permanent stress also has a strong impact on the child.

Mother laughs, and her happiness hormones are affected as well. If stress hormones increase in the mother, the effects are also on the baby.

1. Reduce Your Salt Intake.

In most countries in the world, people eat 9 to 12 grams of salt on average every day. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that less than 5 grams of salt be used daily to reduce the risk of hypertension and other related health problems.

For people who are at high blood pressure or at high risk of high blood pressure, experts give the following instructions:

1. Eat whole grains and high-fibre foods.

2. Take different types of fruits and vegetables.

3. Add beans, pulses, and nuts to your diet.

Take a dose containing omega 3 twice a week.


3. Use olive oil.

Eat chicken and fish without skin.

Use low-fat dairy products.

Avoid trans fats, hydro-genetically-vegetable oils and oils made of animal fat.


4. Stress Reduction

Meditation, lukewarm water baths, yoga, and long walks are techniques to put yourself in a comfortable state that can help relieve stress. Intoxicating drugs, tobacco and junk food should be avoided to deal with stress.

These items increase the complications of high blood pressure or hypertension. Smoking can increase blood pressure. Avoiding smoking protects against other heart diseases and lung cancer, including high blood pressure.

The Idea of Weight and Food

Excess body weight can cause an increase in hypertension. Weight loss also keeps blood pressure at normal levels as the heart does not have to work too hard to pump blood inside the body.

The proper amount of calories, a balanced diet, the size of an individual, gender, and other activities affect hypertension.
