I'm sure there are a lot of us who would love to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. And I have some good news and some bad news for those of you searching for a way to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. The good news is that it is possible to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. The bad news is that it won't be all fat that you lose.
I guess you could call me a professional dieter. All my life I have been looking for the perfect weight loss plan. And when I found the new and improved cabbage soup diet I knew that I had found what is probably the best weight loss plan that I have ever seen. The old cabbage soup diet to me was dull and tasteless and that's why a lot of people had a problem with it. But the new and improved cabbage soup diet has flavor and a lot of things that the old diet didn't have.
For one thing you can eat all the cooked or raw vegetables you want most of the time on the new and improved diet and I would suggest you learn everything you possibly can about steaming vegetables. Because when you steam vegetables you can use fresh herbs and lemon to add flavors into your steamed vegetables that you will think are oh so delicious.The herbs and lemon slices or juice goes into your water used for steaming and the flavors end up in your steamed vegetables making some of the most delicious vegetables you will ever get to eat.
Anyone should be able to use the new and improved diet to lose weight. Corn on the Cob is so delicious and you can have it most days on the new diet. You even get to have big baked potatoes. And you know what if you follow the new diet and stick to it you can lose 30 pounds in 30 days. I recently lost 27 pounds in 30 days and I wasn't even hungry. And I promise you that you can do the same thing. Yes you can.
Once you know how to lose thirty pounds in 30 days you really have an advantage because you will be able to see the results rather quickly. These quick results should encourage you to stick to the diet and maybe even start walking for exercise. Do you know that you really can walk yourself thin. Walking is a great low impact exercise that almost anyone can do. I bet there is a great place to walk somewhere near you.
Some of that initial thirty pounds your going to lose will be muscle mass. Plus a lot of it will be water. But it will be thirty pounds of weight loss. You really should if your able to at all add walking into your daily life. Even if you start with only a short distance. Try to walk a little bit each day and try your best to add a few more feet every day. You can believe me or not but that exercise is going to be very important for you. As your able to do more and more walking you'll feel a real sense of accomplishment.
The best place to walk if one is available near you is a track. You can start with one lap around the track and try to add a little more distance when ever you can. Tracks are usually all flat and the walking you do here should be low impact. You may want to invest in a good pair of comfortable walking shoes because your comfort is very important. If your comfortable you won't give up walking. You can also buy one of the little clip on devices that tells you exactly how far you can walk. You'll usually find these at most places where shoes are sold.
Keep a daily journal on how you do on the cabbage soup diet and if you do start walking make journal notes on your walking. You'll be glad later that you have these notes to refer back to. When you start the diet weigh yourself and write your weight down in your journal and then put the scales away. Don't weigh yourself over once every seven days and I think you will be pleasantly surprised each time you weigh yourself.
I think you really will find the new and improved cabbage soup diet to be much easier to do. The flavors are vastly improved and if you follow the seven day plan you'll find yourself losing weight like you never thought possible. I know that if I can lose 27 pounds in thirty days that other people should be able to do something similar. If you really want to lose 30 pounds in 30 days it really is possible.

I’m trying the diet now and am on day 4. I’m not even hungry! I’m excited to see how my results will be. I purée the soup after it’s cooked and add a few dashes of hot sauce, it’s delicious.
