When troubles and bad days come to you and when everything seems blurred and gray, then you need to invoke strength, wisdom and hope to help you in the fight against anxiety, depression and negative thoughts. In other words, you need to call upon the Lord, because He gives all this in abundance to those who love Him. Divine love is unconditional for us sinners and God expects nothing from us. Yet, it would be good if we give love to the Lord and if we build our lives with God, because such foundations are indestructible and no earthquake can destroy such a life. God gives suffering to those he loves. This may seem unthinkable to you, but it is still true. Suffering and bad days are a temptation for a man in order to remember that he is only a man and transience is in his blood. Hence, put the Lord first and let Him go first and follow him in the true sense of the word. Everything will be easier if you do this. On bad and gloomy days, remember that such days do not last forever. Everything is transient. Many ask themselves what to do when you're having a really, really bad day. Inspiration and comfort come from God. Open yourself to God. Close your outward appearance for a while and open your soul and heart in these moments of life. God is like the sun. Many answers lie in nature. If you have free time go to the park and watch the flowers. If you have sunflowers nearby, watch what they do.
Dear friends, they follow the sun and absorb the light. If you can't find sunflowers nearby, you can observe a clover flower.
The clover flower opens its petals on clear and sunny days and absorbs sunlight. On gloomy days and on rainy days, the clover flower closes its petals and thus protects itself from bad weather. From this example, you can conclude that this is the right approach and answer to the question of what to do in difficult times. Close your petals, don’t look too much at your outward appearance. Keep your petals safe from bad things. Open your soul to God and leave your worries to Him. Put the Lord in the focus of your life. Don't forget! Always have faith and Look towards the bright and sunny days!
When troubles and 'bad' days come to you, don't despair! Remember that everything is transient in life. Life is a cycle and changes over time. So don’t run away from life situations. When the 'bad' days come, don't be afraid! Don't ask yourself why this is happening to you. Accept everything that life has to offer. Both happiness and sadness have a reason why they come into our lives. Although sometimes difficult life moments seem like something 'bad' is happening to you, it doesn’t have to be that way. As an example of good or bad, you should read this moral story and everything will be clearer to you.
When an old farmer’s stallion had won a prize at a country show, his neighbour called round to congratulate him, but the old farmer said: "Who knows what is good and what is bad?"
The next day some thieves had come and stole his valuable animal. His neighbour came again to commiserate with him, but the old man replied: "Who knows what is good and what is bad?"
A few days later the spirited stallion escaped from the thieves and joined a herd of wild mares, leading them back to the farm. The neighbour called to share the farmer’s joy, but the farmer said: "Who knows what is good and what is bad?"
The following day, the farmer’s son was thrown from the stallion and broke his leg. The neighbour called to share the farmer’s sorrow, but the old man’s attitude remains the same as before.
The following week the army was passing by, forcibly conscripting soldiers for the war, but they did not take the farmer’s son because he couldn't walk. The neighbour finally said to himself: "Who knows what is good and what is bad?"
The difficult moments of life can only strengthen you and bring you closer to the Lord. Only God knows what is good and what is bad for us. If you look from the positive side, then you need to know that the Lord never gives bad things to a man who believes in Him. So you must understand the difference between hard days and bad days! You must understand that every moment of your life happens according to God’s will. God has a plan that is better than our plan and you have to believe in this. Get the positive side out of everything!
Wishes and prayers
On good days praise the Lord and pray for blessings so that when trouble befalls you, God's blessing and mercy may lead you out of suffering. We often ask for a wish to come true and we want it to come true immediately. In all these desires we often get lost and become angry when those desires are not fulfilled just when we want to. Realize that our desires are not always according to God’s plan and therefore always say to God: Thy will be done. With these words, you accept God's decision and His plan, whatever that plan may be. Believe that His plan is the best for you. Amen!

It is true that God has a plan far greater than anything we realize for our lives.
But it is sometimes hard to wait on the result. We seem to want to handle life without asking or waiting on God.
Everything happens for a reason & Keep a positive attitude each moment.
These are great words of advice.
I do not believe however that God brings us the bad moments or illnesses. But how we respond to them is our choice & God is always there willing to help us through.
Thanks for the great article.
